Let me start off saying I was a manager at A little Caesars so my rating is based off what I know the food is supposed to be... like and what I got. Icb and pcb were not square at all came put oval and over seasoned! The deep dish dough was out dated by atleast a day you can tell by the taste plus it was suppose to be a 3meat and only had pep and sausage but no bacon :(, overall Iwas upset I wait 20 minutes because I asked for extra crispy wings and they were still soggy. I just stood in the lobby, all the workers were in the back minus one on the register. No one greeted me or anything. That's... very rude and you guys need to learn some manners. At least say hello, one second, something. I had to be loud to get someone'sattention. That's out of my character. Read more
Sent my friend to get the pizza I ordered at the portal and gave them a code to get it and brings back the complete wrong order... even though he didn't know and when you enter your code it should have your order never again will I go back to little ceasers Read more
It's It's good place they just get too busy and it may take a while to get a pizza that is supposed to be ready anytime you walk... in.. but it's not too bad. Read more
On Sat, 10-01- 2022, we stopped in at this Little Caesar's late. The manager had just turned the "Open" sign off and about to... lock the door. She stopped closing and asked us what we would like. That alone is good customer service. I asked her what shehad already cooked,,hot and ready. She said she just had 1 pepperoni pizza and 1 order of breadsticks ready to go. Then sheasked what we wanted. I told her if she had a cheese pizza ready to go, we would have bought it, but since she was closing, itwas not a problem. So, not only did she insist on making a cheese pizza fresh just for us, but she, noticing my cane and myhobbling, said we could sit in our car comfortably and she would bring it out when it was cooked! Talk about "Knock Your SocksOff Customer Service!" Wow! She absolutely made us both go "WOW!" I should have asked her if she wanted to go to Anderson, SCwith us! She is that rare gem of an employee and the Little Caesar's headquarters should do whatever it takes to transfer herti the home office to train and oversee all Little Caesar's stores overall. Been pretty impressed with the pizzas here lately...There was a time I stopped coming in all together,about a yr in a half later... I decided to give it 1 more chance and was quite surprised...Store looked cleaner,pizza we're actually hot...Great job! Read more

We went to get food at 9:15 on Friday evening they?re open until 11 was told that they were out of chicken wings only for the... next person to get them. Was told we?d have to wait 20 minutes on a pizza one of the ones is supposed to be hot and ready.Nothing like some kid making you feel like that they don?t wanna do their job so we didn?t even get to order from them on top ofthe fact that they?re more expensive than any other little Caesars around.
