Super nice staff. Food was absolutely delicious with a crispy crust. We ordered The Lou Deep Dish and Stuff Spinach Bread;... spectacular staff, who was very courteous. We were seated and waited on immediately. Our waitress was very respectful andpatient as we were indecisive initially. 10/10 would recommend. Read more

Traditional, yet unique Chicago style deep dish pizza. Amazing Lou's salad too. Top shelf bar has all the best liquors.... Friendly staff (thanks Myra) and wonderful decor. Best pizza place in Broad Ripple. Read more

Fairly disappointed. The only reason they?re getting away with using the namesake of ?Chicago style deep dish? is because they... put the sauce on top. Having paid $30 for a medium pie with 3 toppings and not even be able to tell what toppings I got whilsteating it is obscure. Don?t get me wrong, I didn?t mind eating it, taste wise. But unfortunately the - ?oldest name in Chicagodeep dish? (but family owned and operated in Indianapolis??) - is not what it claims. Could it be a new employee? Some cookhaving a bad night? I hope so. Read more

I stopped by Lou Malnatis for a deep dish pizza. There is a small, free parking lot right outside the restaurant. This... restaurant is family friendly. They do sell wine and liquor. As a first timer, I saw they offered thin and deep dish crusts. Iordered the small deep dish with pepperoni, bell pepper, and mushrooms. The server will serve your first slice to you. Thecheese pull...10/10 would recommend! The pizza crust was flaky, however I would have preferred it to be slightly crisper. Ifound out you can ask for the crust to be well done, and that you can add butter to the crust while it's baking. I'll be doingthat at my next visit. As far as the sauce, it was not too sweet or bitter. The toppings were super fresh. Lou Malnati's alsogives you the option of getting lower fat cheese. Overall, it was a good experience! Bonus: The staff was very helpful andfriendly. Read more

What a neat place. They have designed the whole decor around the old Broad Ripple Amusement Park. What a great way to honor the... past and open a new location. We came on a Saturday night and got in quickly, but they were nearly full. We started with theMalnati's Salad which could be a dinner salad for 2 people or a side salad for 4. We got two pizzas; a small deep dish and asmall crustless. Both were very good. I really liked the buttery crust, but I don't know if it was worth the carbs. We sawsome good looking appetizers and pasta dishes delivered to other tables. I certainly will be back to try more on the menu. Read more

Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is located at Ferguson street on Broad Ripple and its an amazing place to satisfy your pizza cravings.... Once you arrive at the location there are few parking spots in the parking lot on one side of the restaurant and than there arestreet parking all around it, be mindful that there are several other business around it so don't end up parking in otherbusinesses parking spots. If you park in the restaurant parking lot and walk towards the building the is a door there and that'sfor pick up orders only the main entrance is on the street side. I went there on Friday evening around 7:30pm and the place wascrowded, this place can s sit out of customers at a time but the tables are kind of close to each other. As soon as we enteredwe were greeted and p person at reception took us to a table. We waited for almost 12-15 minutes after seated for someone tocome and take our orders or even stand us and I understand the place was crowded and every place now a days are running short onstaff specially on weekends. After 15 mins of wait we were greeted again and met our server named Diamond and she helped usthrough our orders. As I mentioned looked like they were short on staff but people who are working here are amazing and they trythere best to make your experience worthwhile. We ordered couple of bluemoon and 3 different style of pizzaz, 2 for me and mywife and one for kids along with bread sticks and the pizza's were fresh and tasted amazing. Bread sticks were amazingly freshand warm and the marinara sauce served with it was very very depreciation and fresh. One of the pizza's we ordered wascalled"Lou" a and it's a must try here, I loved it. We ended up our dinner with chocolate brownie and it was melting in themouth and very delicious. I highly recommaned this restaurant. Read more

Wonderful experience at this restaurant. Our server Michele H was amazing as well. We got the wings as a appetizer and were... blown away with how great they are. Super crispy, flavorful and good portion. The pizza was just as delicious and you couldclearly tell it had just been pulled from the oven moments ago. Will definitely be back soon. Read more
