I probably won?t return to this location and order inside ever again. The urgency of the complete staff was nonexistent. I would... understand If they were short but they had at least 4 people stand around in the front and another 4 standing in the back.Everyone seemed lost. I have ordered food from here through Doordash 3 times and they canceled due to the restaurant not confirming the order 2 times.... They should be removed from the app. I called this time and the young lady assured me she would make sure my order was correctwhen it came through. I thank her, we hang up and the cancellation notice comes through. It seems like they don't want Doordashorders, so, remove them. Read more

This McAllisters is further away than our closest one, but we prefer this one. Always excellent service here! Meals are always... correct and fresh. March: For the past month or so all orders were cold by the time I got them. I would call a few mins after placing order and... sometimes 15 to 20 mins go by before my food comes out. So I tried to counter this issue and go inside to pick up the order andit didn't help at all. I would watch my food sit for 10 mins before they would bag it up. Also the pic is of the old Mac ncheese they serve. It is really unfortunate because I was going to this location several times a week since August and the foodwas always spot on. And if an order took too long or was messed up they would usually throw in a free cookie. Now food isALWAYS cold and never even a sorry for the wait. Currently looking for a new location near work. I really like this place! It was built before quarantine and was so friendly and it continues to be. It sets them apart from... everyone else. I like their lunch but for dinner and a tea, it cannot be beat. Read more
Went to the Avon location. We had a BOGO on our app. They could not get it to scan, they had several during the day. They... asked the manager to help, he refused to step out of the kitchen, we could see him. Everyone left us standing at the countereveryone in the kitchen talking. Finally someone comes out to say we can't get it to work, the manager never came out of thekitchen. We left, a really disrespectful way to treat loyal customers. Read more
