One of my favorite spots to grab/order lunch or brunch. Ingredients seems fresh. Mostly I order this sandwich (harvest chicken... salad) with soup, here I was trying soup of the day (tomato bisque) which wasn?t the that great . I would recommend theirbroccoli and cheddar soup. Bailey is absolutely excellent and did her best to ensure I got what I ordered as soon as possible. Had a delivery issue that... was a third-party issue but she rescheduled it for me and even offered to refund me if I wanted to come and get my order myself.Excellent service and always super polite and direct. I do love the food here even if it's fairly basic. The flavors are alwaysthere. Also they have very good beverage options- the sweet tea with lemonade and strawberry is DELICIOUS. Read more
Awesome food and excellent service. Very clean and inviting store front. Dined in on Saturday around 1:30, pretty busy time... but the employees handled it very well. Didn't have to wait more than expected time. Order came out correct and fresh. Allaround great dining experience. Read more
By far, the biggest and most renovated McAlister?s I have ever walked into. It is clean, and has a drive through. Although my... order turned out to be wrong. The chips as supposed were not added to my sandwich and I was disappointed. The sandwich itselfwas soggy which was unexpected. I wonder if someone order it already and they just threw it in the bag for me. The potato saladwas my side and was definitely not a lot. Probably two spoon. The service was terrible my sandwich had to be remade 3 times!!!! And the manager was IN THE KITCHEN THE WHOLE TIME !! The... cashier was absolutely wonderful, so kind and accommodating as she could be. The manager took the 2nd sandwich that was remadewhich was turkey, avocado, tomato and bacon with sauce on the side and the sauce was not on the side it was clearly on thesandwich... she brought THE SAME SANDWICH back out w it wiped off but forgot to wipe the sauce off of the bottom piece of breadas she told me that she remade this herself for the THIRD time until I showed her that the sauce was still on the bottom of thesandwich smh. I just asked for a refund on that sandwich which she did w no problems.. my boyfriend's sandwich was great though!He got the Turkey w avocado and bacon w broccoli and cheese soup which was cold. I also ordered the potato soup.. it was asexpected w no problems just a 1/3 of the way full.. but maybe that's how it comes w the half and half combo ???????????. Thecashier told me that the kitchen staff was all new but I would expect if the store manager is back there w them it should'vebeen executed much better! Ordered through Grubhub and this is my club sandwich after removing the tooth pick, no joke, very small pickle with a chunk out... of the middle and few chips for my soup, $18. Called and the manager made excuses, he gave me his district manager?s number. Icalled left a very long voicemail and sent her texted pictures, with no response. When I texted, ?you?re not even going torespond?, she had excuses about being in a meeting via text. Clearly the problem is the management team. I been there 3 times so far. Once had a salad. Very fresh & crispy. 2nd time had the King Club. Now that is a meaty club and... once again, very fresh. 3rd time I think it was called, the New Yorker. Also very good. Not as big at the King Club, but still agood size. Carrot cake all 3 times...oh hell yeah!!! Service was also very nice, friendly and food arrived fast. Read more
