This is a well run McDonalds. My family has been through during the lunch rush many times and our food comes out quickly, is... accurately made, and the staff is courteous. They have never asked us to pull forward due to being out of fried or anything ofthat sort. The workers and managers especially should be commended on their level of service. Read more

On our way to church we went to McDonald?s instead of the nearest Starbucks due to them not having a drive they & we needed... fast/quality service. This is not where we should have gone. We placed our order for a large vanilla ice coffee with an espressoshot, a medium vanilla ice coffee & a hashbrown. Got to the window. Paid for it. Next window we get only the hasbrown & told tomove to window 3. At this time we were on time for church. 7min passed as we waited for the coffee that never came. I wentinside to the counter & waited another 4min as soon saw multiple employees work, look at me, chat with friends behind thecounter & ignore me until they looked pained to do their job of customer service. To which I responded that that the two coffeesI saw sitting in the counter that kept getting passed over were ours. The guy handed my the coffees & we left, only to bedisappointed that the coffee we had been handed tasted liked watered down coffee with no flavor. Poor customer service. Greathashbrown. I stop there almost every morning at the 96th and Meridian location and Zoy is always cordial and polite and very efficient. The... morning crew is always great and is always clean and smells clean and smell like breakfast. I appreciate Zoy's great customerservice she provides and my food is always fresh and she makes my Ice Carmel Macchiato just the way I like it. Read more
You can always depend on McDonald's for fantastic food. The only problem I had was it was almost 2PM with only four or five cars... and I had to wait 12 minutes just to get coffee and four sandwiches. Read more
