12:15am and as an Uber Eats driver, there is no system to help get those orders out to the drivers without them waiting in a... line. This line hasn't moved in 20 minutes. I stopped at the drive thru just before 3 o'clock cars in the parking lot and they tell me they're closed. This last experience was by far the worst. I realize, you cannot go to this mcdonald's outside of lunch. I came through the... drive thru and asked for 2 10 piece chicken nuggets. They asked my sauce and I asked for bigmac sauce. The young woman on theother end of the speaker sounded like I had committed a murder. Food tends to be ok. Customer service is practically non-existent. I order the same thing every time I go there and they are... continuously confused by "Large #7, Sprite no ice to drink, and a McChicken." There is usually something wrong with what Ithink is a pretty standard order. Read more
Stale (falling apart) bun, ketchup only when xtra mustard requested on a SIMPLE HAMBURGER! The employees clearly DO NOT CARE,... and apparently, 'MANAGEMENT' doesn't care either because THIS is more the RULE than the exception. Go somewhere else or at leasta different location if you want something better than what I've described. This place has repeatedly PROVEN the employees don'tcare regardless of the location!
