I love this location, and I would posit that this is the best location in Indianapolis. They always get the order correct, and... the quality of food is always good. The associates are really nice too. Also, the pricing at this location is slightly lowerthan other franchise-locations in the city. My order was fairly short & sweet! I had only ordered a medium vanilla milkshake without whipped cream or cherries. They... followed my instructions perfectly & the milkshake tasted soooo freakin' good!!!! I will MOSSTTTT DEFINITELY be back! Read more
This particular location sucks more times than not, unfortunately. The staff is often rude and incompetent, the food is almost... always wrong, and the atmosphere is often tense because of angry/unhappy employees (I'd be angry too if we were understaffed,underpaid, and way overworked). Read more
Been coming to this location for years and never had any issues aside from not getting an item I ordered once or twice.Lately... the doors have been locked/lobby closed during the day.May be due to not wanting to deal with all the homeless people in thearea or short staffing issues...inconvenient either way.Still get pretty good service and pleasant employee interaction whenusing the drive- thru.Also, never any issues when I Door Dash. Update: Recent visits have left me missing food items,and notrealizing til I get home,but nevertheless neglectful on them.Probably not coming to this location anymore. Read more
Drive Thru is great, however when I went to order inside once there was a guy who misheard my order and I corrected him and then... spoke in Spanish to his manager about how I was messing up the order which was really rude. Otherwise Drive Thru staff are greatand not super long waiting times. Read more
Asked for French vanilla syrup in my large coffee ?? and paid extra for it .....worst cup of coffee ?? ever??????????????and... then to add insult to bad coffee,,they didnt put the syrup in. And I asked if they did. I also got a large sweet tea.....theygave me unsweetened water fake tea???? Read more
