While I do want to acknowledge some great staff that have worked at this location in the past and present, I cannot accept the... rude and aggressive behavior I experienced at this location recently from an angry female worker. I contacted corporate overthis issue. They told me that the franchisee would contact me to make things right but they never did so they obviously don?tappreciate my business. The wait times here are ridiculous, the workers don?t know how to properly prepare food, and there aremenu items on the mobile app that were discontinued years ago. What a sloppy mess this place is. The food was fine and it was hot. That's why I gave this McDonald's 2 stars. However, where you spend your money should be... appreciated by the recipient of the money. The word "Thank you" is free. Instead I got "Here you go" when I was handed myreceipt and after waiting for my order the window was opened, the food was passed to me, then shut without even a word. Ithappened so quick I didn't have a chance to ask for ketchup. Twice in one transaction. I work to hard and I won't pay for peopleto be rude to me. This establishment needs to train their employees on Customer Service it is important to a business. It canmake a difference if a customer decides to spend their money at their business. Every time we go here after 7pm the service and food is terrible. We keep giving them chances because it?s close to our home but... we are always disappointed! Today was the final straw. My burger was not even done! They lied and said frozen coke machine wasdown and then as I waiter for my food I saw an employee with a frozen coke. When the lady came to give me my bag of food I askedif the frozen coke machine was down and she said No. I get home and cannot even eat my food because it?s raw meat and the cheeseisn?t even melted! I am once again disappointed with this location!!! Management needs to get it together and stay later to makesure the employees keep up the service and food standard. Read more
Great food, a little busy and the staff is exactly what they say on the sign...Friendly. I recommend going but be prepared to... wait for a table during the rush hour. It's well worth it though. The neighborhood and the brick street is nostalgic to say theleast. Read more
Why is this McDonald?s even open and why do they still have the people running it the way they do, at this rate id rather them... just move. But it all starts at the top and the manager is horrible so What is the point of using the McDonald app or even going, when you wait 45 minutes in the drive through because the doors are locked and then to top it off I get my food, (stillsitting at the window) and I ask for more Fries because they threw them all in the bag without putting them in anything and thencame to the window to say ?im going to give you a bag of Fries because they said they saw you spill them?.what are they runninga circus? Service is always good but food is cold bread is stale and nothing is ever made fresh. Nuggets are always super cold and chewy.... I've been doing a local job near here and have eaten there 3 times in a row for lunch. Food is always old. Always. People whocome here for there meals deserve better.
