Unfortunately, the last two visits to this restaurant (in just 1 week) were unacceptable. The PM crew are very unfriendly, not... well trained, and lack customer service skills. I'm held to a higher standard (because of my profession/uniform), and alwaysmake sure to verbally say "Thank You" when provided with service. However, in the last two visits, neither time did anyonepolitely greet me, accurately provide me with my food order, or acknowledge me with a "Thank You", etc. I live in the area, androutinely visit several restaurants. Unfortunately, I'm considering not returning here because of the previous incidents. I'vebeen coming to this restaurant for many years, and even had my birthday party here when I was 7yrs old (1981). Hopefully, theowner, or Management, will take notice of this review, and make necessary, and appropriate changes. Read more
This place is staffed by a bunch of buffoons and clowns. 20 minute wait times for simple orders are the norm at this circus of a... McDonalds. Not a staffing shortage issue just lazy workers who clearly don't have any work ethic or customer service skills.Also I've seen rat dens cleaner than this place. I've had some bad experiences at the drive thru at this place, but this experience ruined this location for me permanently. We... get to the drive thru, the line isn't too bad, we wait a little while and get to the speaker. Almost immediately we get askedour order. So we place it. My fiancee places her side of the order, and despite some issues with the coffee machine, shemanages to complete hers. Then I go to place mine, and almost immediately I get asked to wait, and I hear her taking another'sorder in the other line, followed by another person. Then she comes back on my speaker and confirms if our order is done. We sayyes, but hear no confirmation. Then the lady took the order of 2 more cars, all while we're asking if we can pull up. We hearnothing, she's taking the order of the other line, we keep yelling "HELLO?!" and "CAN WE PULL UP?!". All with no answer. We gaveup and pulled away and instead had a delicious breakfast at White Castle (who don't actually cut off their customers trying toorder some food). I've given this place chance after chance but today sealed the deal. I will never come back here, you'll haveto drag me over there kicking and screaming before I ever went into that place again. Stood here for five minutes before I left because I was never even acknowledged. All while this girl sat on her phone with her... back to a whole line of people and acted like she couldn?t be bothered to hear us at all. Why have the lobby open if this is howyou treat guests? Read more
What a visit. Had to have them give me 3 different large fries because they weren't cooked all the way thru. Got attitude for... literally telling them the had no large lids. Talked to the manager about the fries, brought me out a 3rd set of fries... STILLNOT COOKED. RIDICULOUS. Look at those pictures and tell me this food was made fresh. It absolutely was not. The fries weren'tdone and were still wet... not fried and dripping grease. But as in the weren't in the fryer long enough. Opened up the sandwichand it looks like a 3 year old made it. Also... I'd like to note they had 3 cars in drive thru and 2 ppl in the lobby with me.11:15 TODAY. This is insane and disgusting. $8 wasted on nasty food. Yall should be ashamed. Read more
I came in to order 2 drinks and 1 cookie. It took them 20 mins to give us the cups to make our own drinks. It took another 10 to... give me my cookie. I ordered 1 cookie!! Me and my friend were joking they must be making them fresh as it was taking so longand the display case was empty. Shocked doesn?t even begin to describe how I felt. My 1 cookie was in a big box and thrown inthe bag. When I opened it it was broken and seemed like it was scraps like someone else had been eating it in the back and thenput in the box. Maybe it was a mistake or it was actually a fresh cookie they just threw around. Thankfully it was only .39cents this time since the last time I came here and ordered 2 meals and 2 pies and a shake I only got 1 meal and and the wrongsoft drink and water and no other food. I will say the workers seem very nice and friendly but the store itself seems run downand understaffed or managed. All the workers were working hard to get the crowded store cleared and it was unfortunate they werestuck with broken menus and kiosks. Read more
This McDonald?s is in total chaos. Only half of the order was delivered and no drinks. Then what was there was not even the... right meal. Every customer in the building was experiencing the same thing. Not sure if the ordering system was not functioning.On top of the one of the workers was continuously rude to the customers saying it was ordered wrong. Read more
