I would avoid this franchise location at all costs. I ordered curbside on November 7, 2022 at around 8pm. My order came out in... a reasonable amount of time, but the associate who brought the order out forgot my drink, a large diet coke. I was very nice,and I let him know that I also had a large diet on the order. He said "Ok" with attitude, and he went back inside. He cameback out 5 minutes later with my drink, but it was a regular coke. I decided at that point just to let it go. But I would liketo pose a question. In what universe is it acceptable to be expected to leave without an item you paid for? The way thisgentleman behaved suggested I should not have asked for my diet at all. He acted like I was insulting him. However you wouldnot leave a grocery store without all of your items? Normally, I would not suspect that anyone did anything on purpose, becausemistakes happen, but in this instance, based on his attitude, I am guessing my drink was a regular on purpose. I will neverreturn to this franchise location. If you want a better experience, go to the franchise-location on Shadeland Avenue and 21ststreet. That location is reliably good. I have never had issues with the quality of food or the accuracy of an order. Youmight have to wait longer at certain times, but I would take that over what happened here. Read more

This is the worst McDonald's location around. At least 3 times, I have placed curbside orders and waited... and waited... and... WAITED... to only then have the app say "thanks for your order" - like we were DONE. But I had not received an order. Once Igave up and left, a second time I went inside and waited for far too long to explain the situation to the manager, and the thirdtime I drove back around and got a refund. I no longer bother going to this location - I drive out of my way to Southport Road(near LA Fitness). They are much faster, friendly, and never have the undelivered order issue. Read more

Had a bit of a wait, which for me is understandable. It seemed like half the people in the kitchen didn't know what they were... doing at all and even the managers seemed frustrated. As a former McDonald's crew trainer, they could definitely use some extratraining all around. Definitely need to get the kiosks working properly as I didn't get my receipt and didn't know what myorder number was. It did look like a chess board being played with checkers pieces honestly. Went here for lunch today and I'll never use this location again. Got a large fry with my meal and it was only over half filled... with fries. They were fresh however just not full like I expected it to be....The lady taking my money at the window andrepeating my order back to me I couldn't understand her whatsoever...If you can't speak our language to where we can understandyou then you shouldn't be working the drive thru window....Lastly the younger African American girl working the other windowjust hands me my drink and bag of food without saying a thing.....A simple thank you and have a nice day goes along ways. Thecustomers are why you are getting a paycheck. Someone at this location needs to teach these employees what customer service is.Pathetic is all I have to say. Then again I shouldn't expect anything less considering the types of people they have working atthis location. Read more

I?ll seriously never understand why employees here are so rude to everyone. It?s everyone there, all the time. Not just drive... thru, and not just dine in. Part of the experience of this location is making sure the staff collectively makes you feelbelittled and condescended. Literally the worse. Instead of acquiring life changing skills that you will need, the employeeshere are dooming themselves to financial and emotion poverty. Good luck, you will need it. Read more

25 mins waiting at 2nd window while over 14 cars got their food while I waited on 6 sandwiches and 3 large fries. Got ice 1st... which lost 1/3-1/4 due to waiting so long....and 2 fries half full and 1 sandwich missing. Read more

The quality was great but the lobby was closed and the girl on drive thru seemed very new so things were running slowly compared... to the normal speed after 8:30 pm. I was also quite surprised that they had no specials or sales running, although that couldhave been a lack of work knowledge. Read more
