I wish I could rate this location with a zero. This is the closest McDonald?s to me and every time I come here, I always get at... least half of my order missing!!!!! It?s always either chicken nuggets, fries or burger missing from my order. I have kids andso I always have multiple orders and always use drive through. I tried to call them but the number never goes through. I don?thave to go through the whole bag to figure out what I am missing because you are supposed to provide me with my full order!!!!!!This is so ridiculous!!!!! Out of the many McDonalds I have visited, I could confidently say this one's my favorite. The staff are awesome! they work... together, there isn't too many new faces, they all have experience, friendly & they even automatically know what I'm ordering sothey throw the cookies in the oven soon as they notice me in line. Never been rude to me when I've stayed for longer than ittakes to eat, even after multiple visits in one day. And their store is CLEAN they do a good job maintaining lobby even duringtheir busier times. Only bad I have to say is something out of their control; They can't seem to KEEP THE FRAPPES FLOWING.. Butseems like every McDonald's Frappe machine is down half the time.? Read more
This location often closes earlier than the stated times. And they leave the lights in at the drive thru. So they allow cars... to sit at the speaker, while the customers are trying to be courteous, then realizing after a few minutes they are actuallyclosed. It has happened unfortunately quite a few times. This McDonald's used to be more reliable. I hope they improveagain. Read more
A customer had the wrong order, and tried to get it fixed. He was left standing at the pick up counter. I was second in line as... a third customer came in behind us. A lady was at the kiosk ordering. The guy behind us went to the kiosk. He asked how long wewere in line? Ten minutes, and I am leaving. We never had an employee come toward the counter. Menu for mobile orders is not accurate to reflect what they truly have. Employees are not knowledgeable on how to provide a... refund to those who order through the mobile app- due to not having items that were ordered. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE OFURGENCY in trying to get this resolved either. It?s 11:30am, after morning rush and before lunch rush I would imagine, but yetthis dining room is a complete mess, no clean tables or seats. Read more
I?d love to add zero stars if I could. This place was terribly disappointing. Never have I waited so long, never have I seen... such a dirty McDonalds. Employees eating food in the kitchen while working, drinking slushies etc. avoid this place! Read more
I definitely am impressed with the young kid putting the orders together. I felt so bad he was shaking handing food out. It... was very sad knowing that he probably gets yelled at a lot I received my food, the chicken nuggets were cold and had a weirdcolor. Ordered a Quarter Pounder Burger meal with a large fry well done and no cheese. Yet, the sandwich came with ONLY cheese (no... toppings) and my fries were completely soggy. Additionally, my nuggets were ice cold and we were missing napkins andutensils. Attempted to call multiple times to ask for a replacement or see if they would assist, and the phone seems to beintentionally left off of the hook - very professional.
