Me and my family went to McDonald's to get some breakfast we came home and opened up our food I opened Up my biscuits and gravy... and it was burnt So I Flipped it over and the bottom Was literally clear, it looks like plastic. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for my curbside order, I went inside and was told they lost my mobile order. I had to wait... another 10 minutes for them to prepare my food. Probably the slowest fast food restaurant in the state and forget customerservice - almost non existent. This location needs change! If I could have given zero stars, I would have. Read more

I stop to order some breakfast on the drive thru area and I notice that one side was running smoothly but and the side tha I was... at was taking for ever to take the orders,don't it suppose to be one and one or have someone else take orders on one andsomeone else taking the other side orders, especially on a busy hours, it is kind of mess up that you people make people wait along time to take their orders, and the other side is running normal, is not fair to the people who got there first, is just sounorganized they really need to start getting their 5hit together and this place !!!! I wish our little section of town would get a Chick-fil-a. This is the only close drive thru option and it is always a mess.... They either forget food items, have a super long line, have a credit card machine that is running slow so it is cash only, orthe teenage staff is too busy flirting to get your order correct. Took forever to get my order all the whe the awful manager yelled at the employees. She was in a red shirt, wears glasses, has... silver and while hair cut shorter. ALL THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD QUIT.
