Too bad they have cut back on menu items since I first discovered the Moe?s experience. But still like their food.
Worst experience at a Moes especially for the price. Poor portion sizes barely covering the bottom of the bowl, completely... undercooked rice, and no ice. Rice couldn?t even be bitten into it was so hard. Read more
We waited an hour for delivery. Then Moe?s tells us they just made 500 burritos for someone else and we can?t have our food... delivered. In other words, you can?t rely on these people for a simple meal. Read more
Not the kind of service that I'm use to with Moe's. Workers acted like it was an inconvenience for me to place an order.... Carelessly put together my chicken bowl, which I had to get because they were out of steak. Not only that but they also did nothave any queso, which is why I went there in the first place. Overall the experience was horrible. Bad service + bad food = badtime. I would recommend Qdoba but they suck too. Read more
Either my palate has changed or the food offering flavors. I got the Steak Nachos. The meat seems to be highly tenderized... which usually tends to make what is being tenderized also very salty, which is what I felt the case was. I did not get muchQueso, but it was a measured amount so maybe I had high expectations. I did not get that queso flavoring throughout the nacho. I used to drive a bit as a lunch destination, but after this time, I think I will seek out a new favorite place. There weretwo food delivery type folks there. One was agitated to get his food to deliver. Kinda bugs me I am right there with cash inhand to get the food and the person cannot have the courtesy to let the staff get to them. I like Moe's I only order one of two things when I go there. The Alright, alright, alright nachos (the pic I've included) or... Wrong Doug Stack (not sure if it's still on the menu). I get mine with brown rice, black beans and chicken. My other toppingsvary from how I'm feeling that day. I wish the green peppers and onions were cut a little smaller but it is what it is. Ilike the fact that they have fresh jalapenos, they give a much better taste than the regular pickled jalapenos. If you don'tlike the heat better stick with the pickled ones because the fresh ones have a little fire power. They also have a soda fountainwith various flavors of carbonated beverages. The team also greets you with a Welcome to Moe's! And who doesn't want to beacknowledged when they enter an establishment? Read more
Horrible experience. Went on Moe's Monday for $6.99 burrito, chips, and drink for 2 people. Should be $14 plus tax. The guy... tells me it's $35. He said oh that's the price because you just downloaded the app. Sign said nothing about pre- dowloading itway in advance. I pay the stupid $35 and then the fountain drink machine didn't work. This place is a joke. Go anywhere else. Heoffered me a coupon that expired 2 years ago. Employee was fine. It's not his fault. The company he works for stinks. Read more
