I loved the vibe here. I love that there was someone that speaks Spanish and helped us out with the menu and explaining what it... is. I really love the takoyaki balls was sooo good and delicious the inside was very mushy and just had very good taste. I giveit a solid 10/10. The squid geso i didn?t really like it as much the consistency was not my favorite I give it a 5/10. Our maindish ocean roll and shrimp tempura was so good as well everything was well made and the sauce that was on top gave it a reallygood taste. A solid 10/10 as well. The chicken taki udon was OK. I like the noodles but I didn?t like that it had can vegetablesunderneath the noodles and chicken. It gave it a weird flavor when you mix it up all together. A give this a 5/10. Over all Ithink getting the sushi rolls was the best part. I recommend people to come by and check it out. Read more

One of the best sushi spots in Indy. I?ve been to Mori a few times on my lunch break now and it has never disappointed. The fish... is always fresh, portion sizes are awesome, and the prices are reasonable. Staff is polite and the place is clean. Super quickwait times as well! Read more

The competition for top sushi places in downtown in Indianapolis is not exactly fierce, but Mori does as good a job with classic... and creative dishes as any American-style sushi joint can be reasonably expected to do. The edomae maki and nigiri arerespectable when it comes to crowd favorites (tuna, hamachi, salmon) but I was baffled by some of the cut or garnish choiceswith the less frequently ordered items (ex. too much skin/scales on the madai, spicy mayo & scallion on both shiromi [whitefish] nigiri). The specialty rolls were enjoyable enough (often neat ideas, though the execution can be lacking) but theyakisoba, drowning in sauce and without a hint of the smokiness from a properly hot wok, was a hard miss for me. It's a mixedbag but one to which we have returned and will probably continue to frequent when the sushi craving strikes between out-of-townforays. Read more

I came to know about Mori Sushi from yelp event and drove there to get some sushi experience. The maps will bring you to the... back parking lot and this place has an ample of parking spaces. Restaurant is on the street side so if you take turn for parkingbefore the restaurant than don't be confused as there is no board in the back but the right side of the place mentions reservedparking. When you enter the place you will see waiting area and that place can sit 4 people and there is a reception inside thedoor where you will meet the courteous staff. The place inside is not very big but has a very pleasing feeling. There areoutdoor options too but due to winter time I think outdoor is closed. I tried vegetarian sushi and spicy tuna sushi and both thesushi dishes were fresh and really good. I highly recommend this place if you have sushi cravings. Read more

Arrived at Mori Sushi to pick up my 2022 yelpies swag bag and free sushi roll. This location is a little out of my way but it... has been on my "to-do" list for a while. I ordered to go and only had to wait about 10 mins. For my free Yelp roll (GoElites!), I chose the spicy tuna roll. In addition to that, I ordered the spicy kani salad, a mermaid roll, and a Californiaroll. All were delicious. If you havent tried a spicy kani salad, do so here. While I wish they also carried Japanese styledishes like teriyaki and hibachi, I can understand why they dont since the place is very small. If we are in the area, we willbe back. I only gave 4 stars because the girl taking the order seemed like she didnt want to be there. Other than that, greatexperience. Read more

What a nice surprise! From the friendly service to the extensive menu to the quality of the food this was a great lunch... experience. Unique sushi choices, I highly recommend the firework roll which literally comes to the table surrounded in flames, and chef creativity are on full display. Great value in terms of what you pay vs. what you get. We will definitely be back. Read more
