Only giving it 1 star so I can write a review. Was excited to visit this store on a road trip and rerouted to do so. Such a... disappointment to find a sign on the door stating ?due to a staffing emergency we are closed.? I would give grace however nowthat I?m reading others? experiences, seems to happen often. Do better IN Nespresso! Read more
This is the third time I?ve shown up at this location within their limited hours and they?ve been closed early. ?Sorry for the... inconvenience?. It?s a 30 minute drive each way, so I?ve now wasted another hour and gas to show up to a closed store. This isridiculous and unacceptable. Read more
I went in for a recycle bag and was met with a very friendly greeting and she was very helpful :) no issues !
Went there to learn about the machines to decide which one I wanted. First time I went they didn't open until noon (Monday... 3/14/22). Second time I went they closed at 6pm(Thursday 3/17/22). Third time I went at 2:30pm and they closed for lunch until2:45pm. So they only work 6 hours a day and close the store to take breaks? There are two employees, take turns taking breaks,like all the other stores. Once they finally opened the door at 2:45pm the young lady very rudely told everyone to get in lineat the counter to buy pods. This obviously happens all the time because they re-use the handwritten paper sign and stick it inthe same spot because there is taper residue there. There were at least 15 people waiting to get in. There is no one walkingaround to help customers with machines. You have to talk to someone at the counter while people are impatiently waiting to buypods behind you. There was a young man and you lady working and the young lady was extremely rude to me and all the customersshe interacted with. This was on Sunday 3/20/2022. I ended up getting a Nespresso machine but not from the store. I am verydisappointed I have to go back to get some pods until my online subscription starts. Hard to make it there on a week day betweennoon-2pm and 2:45pm-6pm. Would have been nice to have a place to go to try pods before I buy them. Read more
