Not pleased with the way I was treated, treated the Caucasian female with a smile. I ordered the Soup, it sat on the counter. I... asked the server could I get my soup. She took the soup put a lid on it and just said here you go and slid the bag across thecounter. Very poor Customer Service. Will not be returning. Staff all friendly. Counter space was clean and organized. Food was given in good portions. Hubby's dish was better than... mine. Liked the zoodles just fine but the pesto came out watery and it diluted the otherwise good flavors a lot. Still would tryagain. Read more
My family ordered delivery through the website and when the order arrived an entire plate was missing. An employee told us that... the plate was just left out of the bag and that either we could come pick it up or they would write our name down for a freemeal next time, which since there will be no next time, my mother decided to go pick it up. If we were going to have to go pickit up anyways we wouldn?t have paid extra for delivery. I ordered the Wisconsin mac and cheese and it was horrible. It wasbasically plain elbow noodles with a tablespoon of sauce at the bottom of the bowl and about a handful of shredded cheese meltedon top. It was plain, dry, and rubbery. Noodles and company used to have some of the best mac and cheese and now it?s terrible.Only giving 2 stars because we were offered a refund upon picking up the missing plate.
