Food was very good. The music was much too loud for a visit with a friend. I think it was turned down (per request) but then... turned back up. I have great hearing-perhaps management does not. I won’t return when visiting is an important goal of lunchplans. Read more

We had a reservation at 7:30. For a $100+ meal, we expected more. Our server, Donnie was absent throughout the entire time and... super unapologetic about his lack of attendence. Took an hour and half to get the sharables we ordered. Food tasted fine. Myhusband: I don't need to leave a review, I'm just not coming back". Read more

One of the best meals I’ve had in a very, very long time. From start to finish, the entire experience was a treasure. We were... greeted by wonderful and attentive staff (what a treat to get good customer service these days!). To drink, I had the AlchemyCitron Fizz. It was refreshing, not too sweet, and went down way too easy. Appetizers we had the bacon wrapped apricots(WOW!!!!), the shrimp corn dogs (just get them…no seriously, get them!), the Tulip Tree Trillium Cheese (if I only get onething to eat for the rest of my life, I want it to be this), salmon deviled eggs (they were divine), and the Rosemary Boule(bread). For entrees, the table had the salmon, the sweet corn ravioli, and the real star of the show was the duck. I didn’twant the meal to end. I will be dreaming of this dinner for a long time to come. The complexities of the flavors, the way theylayered and played off each other…Exceptional. Bravo! Read more

Excellent food. This is easily one of the finest meals I have had ever. The Duck n Duck was amazing. The heirloom tomato salad... was amazing. The Old Fashioned and Long Island Iced Tea were expertly made. Lastly, Dan’s Chocolate Bar. Get it, you’ll loveit. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and premium. No corners seemed to be cut on prep or presentation. Just amazing. Shoutout to our server, Samantha. She was so warm and pleasant. I had questions, she had answers. She kept our cups full and pacedour meal very well. Owners, give her a raise. Thank you and we hope to be back next time we are in town. Read more

Guess a bit disappointing...menu was a bit confusing with mushroom paella with no mushrooms. It was a special occasion... completely ignored by the server who did not present the menu well and was distracted... Recently in Chicago and the food hereis just average. Read more

This was recommended to me so I went for a birthday dinner. Have to say I was highly disappointed. Went to dinner here last... Saturday, got sat right away because we had reservations for a birthday dinner. Waited 10 minutes for the waiter to ask for ourdrinks. Got some appetizers that were extremely burnt on the bottom. The duck was extremely under cooked. Server was extremelybusy, did not even acknowledge that we were celebrating, had better service at red robin who at least sings you happybirthday. The atmosphere was okay, a bit cramped. Overall, the food and service were not good at all. They maybe on their offthat day, but man they were really off. Read more

great first experience Dog friendly all around (shout out to the jewelry store neighbor ????), customer focused service, food... totally met my expectations. The pimento risotto was on point, but left me wanting a crusty piece of artisanal sourdough withwhich to scrub my bowl clean. My wife found the meatloaf sauce a bit salty and spicy, but she doesn't use salt and has a mildpalate, so take that into consideration. We will certainly return- anxious to try breakfast Read more

Over the past four years, we make it a point to dine at Oakley's Bistro every time we come to Indianapolis. The food is always... outstanding and the service has always been exceptional. We recently dined and did the chef's tasting menu, which is availableby contacting the restaurant ahead of time. Chef Steven J. Oakley created a beautifully memorable meal for my boyfriend and I -from his famous shrimp corndogs and foie gras two ways to ricotta gnocchi with octopus in a Calabrian chili butter sauce and aThai carrot cake terrine. If you are looking for Indy dining at its finest, Oakley's is a must. Read more
