Slow service. Old food. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. Beer was warm, salad was warm, potatoes were old, shrimp was over... cooked, sweet potato FULL of oil and grease. Not worth the money!!! Will not be returning. Read more
STEPHANIE WAS AMAZING! My husband & I came in tonight to treat ourselves to a date night for the first time in a long time.... Stephanie made sure to check on us every so often & always made sure to have a conversation whenever she stopped by our table!She definitely made our date night even better. Was sat for 10 minutes before our order was taken. Ordered drinks which I received my salad before I got my lemonade or... silverware. Had to wait watching for anyone to ask. Well let's see. For 147.00 dollars you think that you would get good food, okay food. Granted we did call and complain and they... are kindly sending us 60 dollars credit. So, Attached you will see the blooming onion well the grease blob. The 4 steaks well Icooked them when I got home. Raw bloody, ordered one that way,, if I had wanted to cook I would of cooked. Asked for extrabread, said I'll pay for it. Got well hard dry dirt bread 8 loads. Ordered shrimp add on no sauce. Asked for extra butter sourcream paid for it got 1 ounce cups butter sour cream in one container. If I asked for it on the side I did not want themtogether. Salad well we won't even go there. I love outback. I really do. The Blue Chopped Pecan Salad has one of my favorite dressing ever made. Granted I did place an... online order, but I asked for extra blue cheese crumbles and all you gave me was lettuce. This has happened twice now. I evenpicked up the lettuce in my hand so you could see the pecans and blue cheese are absent. There are barely any toppingswhatsoever. I think I deserve another salad. Pretty good every time!!! Started off with a water with lemon and a Strawberry Margarita frozen? then I ordered the appetizer... with the 3 dips ( spinach dip, steak tip dip, and the pimento cheese dip) and can?t forget the bread? love that stuff!! then Iordered steak and shrimp the meal was called the Fillet and Shrimp on the Barbie with mixed vegetables and a baked potato withbutter?. Food was absolutely delicious. What made it even better though was the customer service! Our waitress, Stephanie, was absolutely... amazing!! She was on top of everything!!!
