Such a great experience! Food was very good. Our favorite appetizer to get is the Lettuce Wraps. They are filled with so much... flavor, and the lettuce adds a nice refreshing crunch. Absolutely recommend! We also had Orange Chicken which I honestlydidn’t bother to finish eating. The chicken tasted very mushy. Wasn’t good… however we also had Sweet and Sour Chickenwhich was a 10/10! Very yummy. Read more
My first time ever eating here, but I will not be back. I really wanted to love this restaurant and the food is really not too... bad, but there was so much went wrong with our whole experience, from missing food, to asking for items numerous times, toplates not being cleared, to the most terrible side of noodles i habe ever been served......the list goes on! Two of us had dinner here last night. First off: our server, Christopher, was one of the best servers ever. He memorized our... names and called us by name the whole dinner. He knows his products and gave suggestions that made our experience even better. We will be regulars. Try the sweet and sour soup, chicken wraps and cashew chicken. AWESOME Read more
So this is a hard one, our server was pretty good but not right on top of everything, he was hit or miss. The food was good but... the timing was off. I ordered the Peking duck, our server said he put a 15 minute hold on the other entrée to give the ducktime. I had the duck and she waited for maybe 10 minutes to get her meal. We both wanted the hot and sour soup so had had a bowlfor the same price as two cups, the bowl is for 6 people so you would expect it to come with a laddle to serve but no, itdoesn't. My girlfriend picked it up and poured it into our cups. It's the little things like that, that make the differencebetween a good experience and a so-so experience. Read more
I ordered the Gluten Free lettuce wraps, they were excellent. I recommend! The gluten free Mongolian beef was okay, but it was... so dry. There was hardly any sauce or flavoring other than excessive amounts of green onion. Our server handed us the check assoon as our food came out, which made us feel rushed. Then continued to come over and tell us to have a great day. I plan to trythe downtown location, but this one I will probably not return to. Read more

We eat at PF Changs frequently at home in Cincinnati. It is an upscale Chinese restaurant with higher quality ingredients. I... almost always order the Mongolian Beef with white rice and my husband orders Chang's Spicy Chicken with fried rice. The food isalways consistent and served hot. Our food here came out so quickly, we didn't even have our drinks yet! Which is why I gave 4stars instead of 5....our service could have been better. Our server was busy with many tables so it wasn't like he was juststanding around, but we only saw him to take our order, check on us once, and bring the bill. The person that brought our foodout noticed we didn't have drinks and got them for us. Never got any refills.... Read more
The food was great Mongolian beef was tasty and tender, dynamite ???? was good, Chicken and shrimp soup had plenty of meat, the... wok fried sprouts were also great. The Chocolate cake was huge to Big to finish. Five spice dry rubbed ribs were also very good. Read more
