Put in a pickup order at 840. They close at 930 and everything was available on the app. I got there and they had none of the... entrees I ordered and a selection of like 4 items. Wasted my time. Please update what you have or close earlier or something sothis doesn?t happen. Read more
This is a small Panda Express location. The day we visited they were out of ice. Therefore every soft drink was warm. They did... not tell us this until after we had ordered our food and it was plated. Had I known there was no ice, or cold drink option atall, I would have went to another location. If the ice machine had been working I would have given the store a much higherreview. Read more
First of all, the app said 5.? Miles, once o put it on my gps it was a tad over 6 miles. Then when I got there everything I... wanted was all gone. Waited 30+ minutes to get food. Freshly cooked food is great, but not by the time I get it and get home itwas cold. The cream cheese crogoon was over cooked with just a light dab of cheese. Only two cooks and a line about out thedoor. I was asked if I was paying cash or card. I stated card, then was told the register wasn?t able to accept cards. However,they closed down that register and opened another one. Was not offered any kind of sauce, no apology for the wait nor nocompensation either. Im a big fan of panda express, but when i was scooping out chicken i found a piece of steel wool or some kind of scrubber wire... mixed in with the chicken. Thank god i found it and none of my kids swallowed it. Read more
Consistently out of most items, incredibly slow. Don?t waste your time, especially if you go after 7pm as they stop replenishing... the options and you?ll be very limited. If you come after 8, you?ll have only shrimp available. :( Read more
I did not like it. The food all looked greasy and oily. Also for the money you don't get much meat. They pour on the... noodles or the rice to make up for the lack of chicken or beef they give you, plus charge an additional $1.25 if you chose thebeef. I will say that the broccoli and beef I had was quite good, the noodles not so much. Read more
I put in an order while I was at work around 11 am. I set the pickup time to be 1:10 pm for when I was off to make sure I could... just ran and grab it. When picked up my order, it appears they just threw everything together. There is hardly any noodles atall in the chow mein. I would think that service could be a little better during this time and when I put my order in two hoursin advance. Read more
The food was okay. I asked for a plate (2 meats, 1 side) with both meats being grilled chicken teriyaki & fried rice as my side.... I got what was left of the chicken teriyaki but it was only enough for 1 order of meat so I just down-graded to a bowl & grabbeda couple spring rolls to help make up the difference because at 4:30pm on a Tuesday they didn't even have more chicken teriyakidropped yet so it would've been 24mins waiting for more of it to be cooked.????
