Don?t waste your time. We ordered ahead and showed up right when our order was due. We were rudely asked if we wanted to... wait the 30 minutes for white rice to be ready. How are you a Chinese restaurant with no white rice?!?! We decided to wait,it was over 40 minutes past our pick up time, and the manager made no apologies or compensation for the delay. Actually, sheblamed us for requesting white rice and that they were short staffed and she was running the line. The only reason we got ourfood was the cashier stopped the line, completed our order, and got us on our way with no help from the manager. The icing onthe cake was the rice was inedible. Clearly from reading other reviews this is a continuous problem but upper management doesnot care. I will spend my money elsewhere. Read more
I've been there 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months. The food is always goof but I always wait 20-40 minutes for my food. A couple... times it was sitting there ready but no one brought it out/ acknowledged my presence. Read more
This Panda Express completely impressed me! Fresh hot yummy food, fast friendly service & a very clean restaurant. Love the food. But the manager at this locstion definitely needs an attitude change. She wasnt very nice to the older gentleman... in front of us. Then when it was our turn, i was confused on how to order what i wanted (special order) she slammed the bowldown and rolled her eyes. When confronted about that, she got mad. Threatened us of having to leave and put the blame on us. Itried to nicely tell her that "i understand you are busy but you dont have to roll your eyes at us because im not sure how toorder exactly what i want" she then made is very aware that she was the manager and said we could leave if we wanted to.Obviously this girl hasnt been trained well or doesnt have the experience Read more
I'm a regular customer I am there all the time. I always have no issues. Today though was not good. Got Honey sesame chicken... like I always get a it has pretty much no seasoning, it was pretty much just plain chicken. It was disgusting. Very unhappybecause I always get extra so I have left overs so it was a waste of money I will be back but this wasn't a good experience forsure . Read more
Missing teriyaki with order, so only ended up with rice and grilled chicken. Kinda disappointing. Make sure to check for... everything, sauces included before leaving. Read more
