I?m not very happy with the service at this particular Panera Bread. I have been to many others but I?m not happy with the... customer service I got. Yes, I should?ve called first to find out but I didn?t. I am a Navy veteran and I read online thatPanera Bread offers a Veterans Day special which is a Pick Two. The girl that answered the drive through was very rude. She atfirst said hold on and when she came back she said, in a nasty tone, ?that?s a scam we don?t do that?. Ok, for one, I read itwhen I was looking for Veterans Day deals. The other, she could have been like ?I?m sorry we don?t offer that but Happy VeteransDay?.
