These restaurants out here are so annoying. Why are y?all closing at 8:45 when it says y?all close at 9 PM. I waited in line for... 15 minutes just to pull up to the drive thru saying they?re closed. Not sure what was going on this morning. The bagel I ordered came torn in pieces. When I asked for a different sliced bagel, I... was told they were all like that so it would not make a difference. I made do with the bagel but as I was sitting down trying toenjoy breakfast, it seemed like the place was in total chaos. Workers yelling at each other. People seemed confused and franticwith what they should be doing or what was going on. And, I noticed that other people sitting down eating bagels had regularsliced bagels. Just disappointing. I?m not very happy with the service at this particular Panera Bread. I have been to many others but I?m not happy with the... customer service I got. Yes, I should?ve called first to find out but I didn?t. I am a Navy veteran and I read online thatPanera Bread offers a Veterans Day special which is a Pick Two. The girl that answered the drive through was very rude. She atfirst said hold on and when she came back she said, in a nasty tone, ?that?s a scam we don?t do that?. Ok, for one, I read itwhen I was looking for Veterans Day deals. The other, she could have been like ?I?m sorry we don?t offer that but Happy VeteransDay?. Sorry if I think I deserved better treatment but when you work with customers, please be nice and not rude. I?m glad Ilive closer to another one where I have seen how they treat their customers.
