This was a horrible experience. I should show the employer picture, but I won't. I walked in the venue to him saying in a loud... voice: "Just get to work girl" to a young African-American lady who was clearly shocked at the statement as well. Then to mydisgust there were bugs on the some of the food on display at the counter. I feel like if that if they treat their employeeswith contempt and disrespect, the food and service is effected. Manager gruff as to an older gift card issue. Sandwich is ok. 2/3 bread & 1/3 filling. Soup barely warm. One of 2 toilets not... flushing. Read more
Went to Panera a few days ago for the Frontega Chicken Sandwich. When I took a bite I found that one of the halves was... completely missing the cheese, tomato, and onion. On top of that ,on the side that did have all the ingredients the tomatoes andonions looked old and slimy. To be paying $10 dollars to receive this is unbelievable. Read more
The team at this Panera Bread location is excellent! Last night, there was a mix-up with my delivery order. It was 100% the Door... Dasher's fault--they failed to communicate with me and canceled my order without even sending me a text to let me know. When myorder didn't arrive, I called this location and they said they would be able to remake my food and I could pick it up eventhough they were about to close. They refunded my order and made me fresh food after closing. The whole team at this locationwas so sweet and I so appreciated them working late to make my food. The employees have always been great and pleasant to interact with. The food quality, however is often hit or miss. I gave up... ever getting salads since half the time I ended up with old slimy lettuce and spinach that was simply inedible. Alterations tosandwich ingredients are not always followed either. Today I paid 1.99 for a fruit cup with my sandwich. When I unpackedeverything back at work for my lunch I found I had received a fruit cup that wasn?t even quite half full. Ordered a Turkey Avocado BLT ... ended up with only Turkey and Lettuce. Not the first time they have messed up the ingredients... in an order for me either, but this was egregious. Read more
I?ve been coming to this location for years and its slowly going downhill. Came around 5pm on a weekday and despite just having... one person in front of me in line, there was a long wait to order and the line was growing behind me. There were a couple ofother employees there who could?ve helped but no one stopped their tasks to assist the one person taking orders. I ordered asalad and was informed they were out of baguettes for the side. For an $11 salad, chips or an apple just doesn?t cut it. I askedif I could have a bagel or any other kind of bread since they were out. The worker asked her manager and he said no. This iskind of ridiculous considering it?s evening time and Panera has to throw out any leftover bread at end of the day (at least theyare supposed to). I get my salad and it has about half the lettuce as usual and many pieces were brown. Hate to say it but thisis the last time I will be coming to this location. Read more
