Very disappointed tonight. Had to wait to order as the 2 girls at the register were talking and wouldn't acknowledge my wife and... I standing there. Both of us ordered a pick 2. They were out of baguettes and chips that were supposed to come with it. Had togo ask for a table to be cleaned. All unoccupied were dirty. Place was dirty. Very expensive as well. I always order half a sandwich and half a salad. I get the Fuji apple salad-no chicken, extra cheese, extra apples. When I?m... ordering and check the box for no chicken, do you think that lowers the price, of course not! However when I added in the notesthat I?d like extra apples and extra cheese in place of the chicken, they just didn?t add any extra. When I picked my food upand asked about it, a manager said ?there?s a charge for extra cheese and apples? I said not if I order in, they realize I?m notgetting the chicken, so they don?t charge for the extra. She charged me $1.08, maybe I should?ve asked for a $3 refund since Ididn?t get the most expensive thing on the salad. You?re already charging people $12-14 for a half of a sandwich and half of asalad, that has nothing on it, but I?m sure glad you got your $1. The food was flavorful, the portion sizes were adequate and the place was not terribly busy. There were several tables that... needed to be cleaned, the windows and doors were dirty. It seems they may be understaffed. The food was a little pricey for thequality. (Lots of bread, but toppings, fillers were on the small side), so not sure we are ready to make this restaurant aregular dining destination. Read more
Never again. I have been burned a countless number of times and have returned an embarrassing amount. I continue to get... plagued with poor delivery timing, order inaccuracy?s, food quality inconsistency, portion inconsistency, etc. Tonight was thelast straw when I received a sad looking chicken sandwich lacking the garlic aioli, and a chip bag that continues to shrink. Atmost places you get what you pay for, but at Panera, I?m tired of paying a premium for disappointment. Read more
Order was delivered incorrectly and my drink came as a smoothie which is bad as I am lactose intolerant. I tried to call the... store to get it fixed and no one would pick up the phone. Normally I don?t leave reviews but since no one was interested inhelping me fix my issue I decided this was the only way to let someone know what happened. Read more

I absolutely love Panera and recently visited this location while visiting clients in Indy. I always get the Fuji Apple chicken... salad and let me tell you, this one was the most flavorful. I could tell they added a little seasoning on top of my salad (zoomin on the photo). This was especially a welcome treat because I had visited my local store in metro Atlanta a few weeks priorand it lacked flavor. It was totally different than how it should be as it was VERY bland. Back to this location, i deductedone star because I also had turkey chili. It looked hearty and amazing; however, it had too many type of beans and carrots. Icould?ve dealt with the beans but the carrots just took away the joy I originally had. It wasn?t bad but just not what Iexpected. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Read more
