She sure won a customer and supports what I would expect from a company like Panera Bread. I ordered a bacon, eggs & cheese on brioche and i first got just a over easy egg on buns. There was no bacon or cheese just the... egg on the buns and the manager was the one who made it. Went back so I could get it remade just to get this. Terrible Read more

Panera Bread. I always wondered why someone would choose other fast food restaurants other than Panera Bread. I say this due to... the bursting flavors of the meals prepared here. Today I had the steak and cheese with the broccoli soup. Fantastic!!! With it Ireceived kettle cooked chips and an agave lemonade. Everything was great!!! First time trying Panera Bread. I ordered online for pick up. Walked in, no one greeted me so I read the signs to see what I... needed to do. There was nothing on the order screen under preparing nor ready. An employee was helping someone in front of me soI assumed that's why he didn't greet me. After the customer left the employee went back to working as if he still didn't see me(even after we made eye contact twice)so I asked if anyone else is working. He said Oh can I help you or something? (InsertConfused face) Yes, I placed an online order, I replied. So he retrieved the orders. My order was a Baja Chicken Bowl. They areVery skimpy on the chicken. I also opted to upgrade my side from a baguette to Tomato Basil Cucumber Salad for $2 & they donteven fill the small bowl up.
