So most of my previous orders have had no problems and its generally pretty good for a place to get pizza but this time ordering... for delivery my pizza I got was incorrect I was just missing a topping. So I called and was willing to go myself and pick up thecorrect pizza understanding they were very busy for a Saturday night. I got my pizza and when I got home it was undercooked andtopping just falling off and the cuts did not go all the way through. I believe they could do much better. Read more
Terrible. First time took over hour to get my pizza. I order pizza, sauces and 2 liter just got the pizza. The lady who... delivered kept driving up and down the street for 10 mins. Manager tells me next time I order from there I will get a free pizzaand 2 liter & she called door dash to get my money refunded for my order since I only got the pizza. Never got my money back andwhen I called for my free pizza and 2 liter manager claims she never said that. I give them a second chance and order a papaidathat?s $9. Totals out to $12. Deliver guy driving around no clue where to go. They have nothing to show they are door dash orfor papa Johns so idk who to wave down. They come and don?t have any money for change. And I only had a $50. Had to get mybrother to come and his lowest bill was a $20. Terrible service. Manager is a liar and will tell u what u want to hear just tonot deal with anything. I ordered AND PURCHASED a 12? pizza with two additional sauces on the side. When delivered to my place of business, I was not... given any sauce, AND the pizza was 10? (literally measured with a tape measure). When I called the store the manager told me acredit would be added to my account to redeem the exact order free of charge. When I called the same location to do just that, Iwas met with rudeness, and told there was no credit and there was nothing she could do. I even left a company complaint withcustomer service and they didn?t see anything wrong with the issue. I PAID for a service that I did not receive. Absolutelyunacceptable. Zero stars if possible. I ordered cheese my style pizza and a stuffed crust pepperoni large. First, ny style was not even close and the stuffed crust... was too big and don't have much pizza. Papa John's is usually awesome but not this location, I hope it was just an off night Read more
NEVER AGAIN! First time we ordered pizza here but unfortunately never again for us. Spend a lot of money only to get pizzas... delivered that tasted like they were 2 days old. Don't waste your money! Read more
My kid had his friend over for the night and wanted to have pizza. And apparently for a good reason, he wanted pepperoni and... black olives. I have attached photos.black black olives werent portioned correctly and now on thr 2nd photo i asked for halfgreen pepper and chicken. Im a cook myself and I kind of expected those pizza should have a good pride into those portioncup....i dont think I'm ordering from this location next time. They should change their website/google business page to reflect accurate hours of operation. Waited till 10:30 to order pizza... to because google had them open till 11pm. But they actually closed at 10:10pm and was not able to get the pizza for my gf asshe requested only that before her flight got in. Read more
