I've had a bad experience often with this store. I've waited almost an hr and half for my food. Friday night they cancelled my... online order 10 mins before closing without a reason or explanation. Not even a courtesy call to let me know it was happening. My order was placed at 30 mins before closing. I tried to call the store and they were closed. So I had to order from dominos. Read more

First off, I asked for my delivery to be no contact. The driver literally Waited In his car then on my porch for me to answer.... Then I get my pizza and it is cut in triangles I asked for square cut. I HATE triangles. I called to speak with a manager whostated she made the mistake and apologized. She also offered to send me out another pizza the correct way. But when the nextpizza arrives IT IS TRIANGLES AGAIN!! I do NOT understand why this KEEPS happening. I have been waiting on my 2 pizzas for over 3 hours now. I called an hour ago and the lady said they were busy which I can... definitely understand. I tried to order one time a few weeks ago, and the manager said they wouldn't send drivers out unless there was a minimum $5... tip, due to gas prices. That was ridiculous to me, there is already a fee included and I ALWAYS tip the 5 anyway. That wasn't aproblem. It was the manager stating that they refused to deliver unless the tip was guaranteed. I've ordered from them forcountless years and now I was refused service, even with a tip guaranteed tonight, just because it was 20 minutes prior. Iunderstand not wanting to because of close to shut down time. But what pizza place closes at 10 on a Friday night? Especially abig franchise? This is the second time I felt like I was rejected from my favorite pizza place. Never again. They people are theWORST. Read more

I Just want to say that Caleb, the GM at Papa John's at 3737 East Washington is an amazing manager. Before I became disabled I... worked with the public (including food service) for over 20 years. I know how hard it can be to deal with angry, upsetcustomers. I had the worst experience tonight with this store. I was made to feel like they were not taking any responsibilityfor the situation. I talked to someone at PJ headquarters and they sent my dispute to them and told me I would hear fromsomeone within 24-48 hrs. An hour and a half later I got a call from Caleb who made me feel like I was important enough to hearmy complaint and take action to fix the situation. He was polite and really knew how to correct the mistake. He was the onlyone who didn't try to put the blame on someone else instead of trying to fix the situation. I just want to Thank him for allhis help and let the person know who hired Caleb that they made the right choice in hiring him to run that store. It is becauseof Caleb that I gave my 4 star rating???????? Read more

Every time I order from here I regret it. Such disappointing service. They sent my wings in a pizza box and a barely have sauce... on my Buffalo wings. I ordered contactless delivery they didn?t knock and set the pizza on the front step as far away from thedoor. *After I gave them a bad review my account refuses to work and I?m talking about for any location. Friday, May 8th, 2020 I ordered a large BBQ chicken pizza with cheese sticks for my son and I. When It arrived, the pizza was a... mess! This is not the first time this has happened at this location. So I took my concerns to corporate. I made a complaint andthen on May 11th, 2020 I received a call from Destiny. I assume she is the GM of this location. She assured me that she hadissued a refund and that I would receive it in my account in 7-10 business days. It never hit my account. On May 27th, 2020 Icalled the location to speak with her and she was not in. So I called back the next day and she still was not present at thelocation. I spoke with someone else and they gave me the number to corporate. Which I already had. So I gave corporate anothercall on May 28th, 2020 and spoke to one of their representatives. She told me that upper management would reach out to me thenext day on May 29th, 2020. It has been 3 days and no call from anyone! It is no surprise that products like this leave theirestablishments. Especially now that I have experienced their LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will notvisit any Papa John's locations in the future! I will take my business elsewhere!
