Wife stop on way home ordered the family pasta dinners and some bread sticks twenty five minutes later the order comes and it's... wrong my wife told them it was wrong so they proceeded to make a new order when it came it was wrong also on top of that thestore manager wanted to charge my wife for their mistake and said the employee doesn't make mistakes and told my wife to takeboth orders and leave then proceeded to go to the back of the store and started throwing things she explained she will never goback there again which I can't blame her it upset me to the point that I'm writing this review. This manager needs to have aserious training on customer service as he was unprofessional and pretty much called my wife a liar which if I was there we mayhave had a confrontation this used to be my wife and I hangout forty five years ago boy times have changed. I have tried to call 6 times to place an order for pick up and can?t even get connected to the store. This store needs to get it... together because it?s 6:30pm on a Saturday night this is prime dinner time and your just losing money because we can?t getpassed the automated system without the call failing. Ordered a pizza via phone to pick up on the way home. When we got there, apparently they got the order wrong so we had to wait... while they made the correct pizza. GM kept blaming the "call center" and said we should have verified our order...which I did,repeated the order twice. So after waiting for them to make our pizza as ordered, got home and it was so overcooked it washard. Took it back and the GM didn't say a word, just refunded our money. We won't be going back to that franchise and willcall corporate headquarters Monday to make a formal complaint. Read more
customer service was great. Nice young lady handling transactions. I felt sorry for the crew because the air conditioner is... broken and have been for weeks. Now I typically don?t go to this location but today I decided to and was very disappointed. Mypizza was a tad bit over cooked and the brownie was burnt and hard as a rock. Maybe the oven needs cleaning or something idk.Could have spent my money else where.. I live 15 mins away, 6 months pregnant and traveling with my 3 yr old and 11 month oldso could not make a trip back. Ultimately I am very upset and will not be going back! Read more
Total rip off. I ordered pizza online for delivery they 1st called me to say they couldnt deliver pizza. Then when i asked for... refund, they said doordash will deliver it for them. I should of stuck with asking for refund, cuz atleast at that point theywould answer the phone cuz the delivery finally came and it was wrong pizza and missing items. So i called them to ask forrefund of items i payed for and did not recieve, and they just left me on hold so they wouldnt have to talk to me.... Total ripoff. Order at ur own risk. Be prepared to be charged for what you order, but not recieve what you order. Read more
Pizza was horrible I would've took it back to get a refund but the kids had a party. Breadsticks was a slab of bread and not... cut. Maybe they come like that now but they need to be cut if so. Pizza was doughy and chicken was mostly bread and not chicken.Feel like I got robbed of $35. Read more
If I could give this Pizza Hut negative stars I would. I ordered our pizzas at 5:30 with an estimated delivery time of 6:30. At... 7:00 with no pizzas, I called the store and sat on hold for 14min listening to a recording...never spoke to an actual human. Myhusband finally just went up there and was told it would be another 20min, then they came back with our ?order? she didn?t knowhow to take the deliver fee or the tip off my order since we had to get it ourselves. Honestly, this was the worst Pizza Hut experience we've ever had. We picked it up. Our pizzas were cold. Our original pan... pizza was mistakenly made with a regular crust. Dinner was delayed 45mins to drive back for a replacement. This pizza oddly had a bare 3" crust - so only a small area had sauce, cheese, and toppings. It was an all around disappointment. Never again. Go to Fishers instead - they're consistently good. Read more
