To whomever was working the night of 9/13/22, the carry out order I picked up at 7:50 PM was possibly the BEST stuffed crust... pizza I have ever had. EVER. That's including my childhood. This pizza was so delicious and so perfect I'm disappointed I onlyleft a 20% tip. The crust was crispy, cheese was oozing, ya'll didn't skimp on the black olives and I appreciate you. I swearpeople hate olives so much they throw on as little as possible. But not this night. Not the valiant pizza knight that blessed mypizza with their tender love and affection. Do not order pizza from here. I was charged $43.11 for my order that was never delivered. I called the restaurant several times... and nobody answered the phone. After the 20th attempt someone finally answered the phone and I explained to them that my pizzawas never delivered. They told me that they could not issue a refund and that I need to call DoorDash. I didn?t order throughDoorDash. I don?t know how they even got involved. I called DoorDash and they said that Pizza Hut is responsible for the refund.To make a long story short I never got my refund. Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery. When they got here they were not cooked and were soggy. We called and they told us there was... nothing they could do about it. After arguing with them they said we could bring them back and they would remake them. Wecouldn't leave the house and asked that their driver bring us new and switch them out. We were told their driver had gone homefor the night and door dash wouldn't swap them. $50.00 was a lot to spend on soggy pizza. Read more
I have never had my pizza made so horrible. The crust was extra thick and the cheese part was so less. Pizza didn?t taste fresh... at all. I asked for onions, jalapeños, and green peppers. There were no onions on the pizza. Bread sticks looked to dirty?itwas as if they fell on the dirty ground and then just packed in the sack. I had to throw all of them away..couldn?t even thinkabout even tasting them. I called when I arrived for curbside pick up but no one picked up the phone so had to go in to pick itup. If I was dying and this was the last place to eat I would eat trees, leaves and steal from the squirrels.
