Miserably painful and impossible to order. Talking to someone in India about a coupon that got put in my mailbox from a store 2... miles away that they quote as twice as much because it doesn't register on their end. Totally unnecessary and completelyunacceptable waste of customer's time being transferred back and forth. Horrible choice of service and cost cutting it should bereversed immediately. I placed an online order from this location at 4:54pm. Tell me why when I go to pick up my order, the place is dark and no one... working. How was this allowed? Nowhere on the site did it ever say the place was closed. I did a Google search and the hours say1pm - 9pm. Only day it's closed is Wednesday. Today is Tuesday. In order to get my $50+ back is to call the store (can't becausethey're closed) or call customer service. Did the second option and we'll see how long it takes to get my money back. Read more

When I placed my order online it was fairly easy. I did the drive thru option because I was on my lunch break. I pulled up to... the drive thru the place looked abandoned. I thought I was at the wrong Pizza Hut for a minute. When someone finally came tospeak with me she looked confused and asked me what my order was as if I never placed an order. As if it wasn?t there on thecomputer. It took about 15 minutes because she informed me that they?re putting it in the oven. After that I asked for pepperand parmesan cheese she said it?ll cost?wow!! Here?s what my pizza looks like after all of that. It literally looks like someoneplayed in it. I was so disgusted I wanted a refund no one answered the call. I called about 10 times. I?ll never come back tothis place again. And I would still like my refund Read more

Bake the pizza. All four pizzas were raw and stuck to the box. Impossible to remove a piece from the box , it just fell apart... into a heap of dough and garbage. This has always been a Good Hut to get Pizza to go. The issue here is that it took a little too long and when I got home it was... the wrong pizza. To far to go back. Had one piece and threw the rest away. I only eat thin and crispy at the Hut. Read more

Different Pizza Huts can vary drastically in the quality of their pizzas. This location excels at making pies that truly look... like what is advertised. They are quick and polite. One of the best locations I have ever tried. Every time I house sit, Iuse this location because of the service and quality. Read more

This is the worst location. EVER. I ordered a pizza at 4:24 and after receiving an update that it was out for delivery at 5:15... if never arrived. I tried to call the store for about 20 minutes straight and got hung up on after waiting multiple times tospeak to someone. I actually decided at 6:45 to just drive there to see what the problem was. I had to buzz the door three timesjust to get in. When I got in I asked the manager Jordan what the deal was. He proceeded to search for my order and stood aroundwith a bunch of other employees that all appeared dumbfounded as to where my order magically disappeared to. He then turns to meand tells me ?it looks like it was made but we don?t know where it went. I can make another one but I doubt you want to wait onthat. Or I can give your money back.? No apologies or ownership of the ineptitude going on there. I asked for the corporatenumber and he told me he didn?t know it and I could just look it up because ?that?s what a lot customers do? (wow, so youclearly screw up A LOT). If there is a manager working for a business that does not know the corporate or district contactinfo-they need a new job. He also informed me that they had a bunch of people quit...hmmm no shocker there. I understand thatbusinesses have mishaps-we?re humans. But the audacity to mess up so terribly and show zero accountability or remorse isinexcusable. Happy customers share their experience with 1 or 2 people.
