Worst visit ever. Ordered online at 6:30 pm August 27th. Was suppose to be delivered by 7:40pm. Called several times to no... avail. Left me house and drove to the store at Emerson and Southeastern to discover 2 workers that have only been there 2 daysand dont really know how to do anything. The manager stayed in the office most the time I was in the store which was at least 30mins. When I asked if my food was there it was minus a pizza I waited for. Got home to find all the mediums were not reallymediums, 2 were not completely cooked. I will never order from pizza hut ever again. Just terrible! Read more
If I could give less stars I would. We waited 2 1/2 hours for our order. Multiple items were missing. Called the location and... were told they can?t do anything because someone from THEIR company ?wrote it in as a note and didn?t actually ring it up?. Wewere also missing an entire pizza. The woman we spoke with was disrespectful. They continued to hang up on us, put us on holdfor long amounts of time (15+minutes). They refused to tell us employee names. When asked to speak to a manager the first timethe woman claimed ?he?s busy boxing up a pizza?. I told her I didn?t mind holding and her response was ?you can just sit on holdthen?. When I finally was able to speak to a manager he chuckled when I asked about disciplinary action, then brushed it offsaying no he just had a stressful night then informed me my order took so long because he was supposed to have 8 employees andonly had 4. He told me wait times were 90 minutes in which I responded we waited an hour past that time. When I began to ask forthe employees name he then abruptly put me on hold where I sat for 15 minutes. I hung up and called back. At this point it was10:57. The disrespectful employee informed me the manager was now ?taking a break? 3 minutes before the store closes??? Theemployees are terrible. They delivered my Pizza to the wrong address! After waiting almost a full hour after the text that my order was out for... delivery, I tried calling the store only to find out it was closed! It wasn't even 11 pm yet. I then called the toll freecustomer service number and got disconnected before I could finish my call! Then, the people who live at the end of my streetcalled to tell me they came out of their house and found my pizza order sitting on their FRONT PORCH!!! They got my phone numberfrom the info printed on the box. I hope they got to enjoy my 3 large pizza's I paid over $61 for, because I/we sure didn't! SoI had to scramble to find something else to feed my family. I've ordered 3 times in the last month, I live at 44, but theydelivered to 70. Either they have dyslexia, or don't care to even LOOK at the address, which is very well lighted at night, butI am very disappointed in the service , as were my family and guests! Read more
The dude showed up with the wrong order, went back to get the original, but then never came back. The store wouldn?t answer the... phone so called customer service. They haven?t refunded yet so disputed the charge with my bank. Read more
