This is the second time I?m missing $5 worth of my order. I?m being told to come pick up the $5 for the last one. I was first... told they were refunding to my card for the new order. We?ve ordered from here once before and had a great experience so for me to order from here again I did not expect what I was... getting myself into. Long story short, we placed our order it took an hour longer than what the app said. We called the storewas hung up on more than three times. Pizza finally came & it was nothing that we ordered, delivery guy dropped pizza off on theporch and ran to the car. Very horrible experience and I will be trying to get my money back tomorrow since they close at 9o?clock and still have yet to get someone on the phone. Read more
Went to the pizza hut at 617 W 11th st to pick up a meat lovers pizza. I got home and realized I was given a pepperoni pizza. I... was disappointed but understood that I should have checked the pizza before I left. Lesson learned. Read more
OUTSTANDING SERVICE They were so amazing even while dealing with multiple customers. I personally watched as they went out of... there way to service as many people as possible. Whoever was working on the night of 10/15/21 did an excellent job and is thereason I will continue to come back. The food came out looking great and tasted great too. If I could give this experience a -5 stars i would but i had to at least give 1 star to give my review. So i actually ordered... from pizza hut, which I normally dont do because the quality of their food is horribly diminishing but I decided to give it atry. I ordered a meat lover's pan , something so simple, I know cause pizza hut supervisor was my previous occupation. When thepizza arrived, at first glance it looked fine. I then grabbed a piece and the entire piece basically fell apart. I began toinspect the rest of the pizza to find that the pan crust wasnt done at all. As a matter of fact it was so undone that there wasdough stuck on the bottom of the pizza, sticking to the box. You would think that once I told the supervisor on duty about theseissues that she would apologize and fix my problem because that's what a supervisor is supposed to do. Nope! She decided toargue that she made and cut the pizza so she know I'm lying. After arguing with her for a brief moment she finally said that shewould send another pizza out. At this point I'm still waiting on my replacement and I really dont even think it will be worthit. Read more
I unfortunately had a really bad experience here both with the food and the workers. I ordered online and came to pick it up. It... wasn't ready yet, which didn't bother me but all of the cussing, touching money and not washing your hands before handling foodmade this experience horrible. Their was one lady in the front working hard and cussing group in the back not working. The foodwas dry and thin, I ordered hand tossed, and they didn't put the garlic seasoning on my food. First and last time ordering from here. My delivery was over 30 minutes late. The pizza and wings were not cooked properly. The... wings were supposed to be honey barbecue, but if you look at the picture, three of the wings do not have any sauce. This placeeither needs new management or to be shut down. Read more
This location has been awful for years. I've worked downtown and ordered from there on multiple locations and have never had a... good experience. They always have the rudest staff who will hang up on you for no reason, lie to you, or try to gaslight youinto thinking you did something wrong if you have an issue with your order. I wouldn't go here unless it's your lastpossibility. I've had drivers drop off my food to someone else then lie and say they gave it to me when they didn't. I've hadmanagers lie about giving me a refund. Every time I try to call, they're so rude and hostile. Don't waste your time orderingfrom this location. I have the utmost respect for restaurant workers and what they go through, but this level of pettiness andlack of common human decency is too much. Read more
