Whoever owns this Pizza Hut needs to do some reevaluation?s on their management and employees. Poor customer service 5/5 times... I?ve been, and the food was decent at last 2/5 times. Always ordered from this place and never missed. But I had ordered a marinara pasta with the side of breadsticks, but only the... breakdsticks were delivered. Did not give me any text or call saying one of my orders won't be delivered. Got $5 credit backinstead of it automatically going back to my account. Read more
My wings order was wrong and I was unable to get ahold of anyone to have it corrected. We ordered Honey BBQ and got some sort of... extremely hot buffalo style that nobody was able to eat. The sticker on the container said Honey BBQ, but it most certainlywasn't. We normally have no issues with this Pizza Hut. $60 worth of wings that ended up in the trash because nobody could eatthem. Called 4 times and it just rang and rang. I understand a busy Friday night, but this was unacceptable. Read more
Order pizza for a 6pm delivery at 3:20pm. Got a notification the pizza was out for delivery at 5:20pm. This pizza did not show... up until 6:30. The food was cold and was missing the wings from the order. Attempts to call the store to correct the issuewent unanswered. No one at this store will pick up the phone. I will never use this location again and will tell everyone Iknow not to use this store either. Read more
My rating is not comparing to authentic mom and pop pizzerias like this in Chicago but compared to fast food pizza Domino's,... Jets, Blaze etc. With that being said this location is awesome ! This was the best fast food pizza I've had in a couple of yearsand my very first at this location. The order was ready on time exactly as ordered and the cashier was professional ????. Thiswould be a five star rating except they didn't have anymore Original Pan and I had to substitute for hand tossed crust. Keep upthe good work you've earned a hard to please customer. Read more
The store was a full size store with only a pick up section. It was also very outdated with items hanging on the wall from 2000.... When I walked In half of the lights were out and no signs. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes before an employee askedif I needed anything. The order was placed now over 30 minutes ago. Brett the manager was very rude. And all of the food wasburnt. They charge you 1.25 for cheese sauce and only fill up half the container. I bought 4 and they were all only filled up half... way... They also always seem to forget the crust flavor and the pizza never has enough sauce. I don't think I will be orderingfrom this Pizza Hut again. Read more
