Missing items. Burnt and incorrect items of the ones I did receive. Call the store multiple times with no answer. When they do... pickup, they place you on hold without saying anything and never come back to the phone. When you do get a person to actuallyanswer and ask for a manager, they place you on hold and never come back to the phone. Calls corporate after calling the storeover 30times and they tell you to try to resolve it with the store. Calls corporate again and they put in a case number andadvises 24-48hr callback from the store manager. I call after not hearing anything for 5days to be told that the store managertold them I agreed to a store credit when I NEVER spoke with anyone. Been trying to get my refund for over a week now. Do not order from here!!! First let me start off by saying when the delivery guy came he didn?t even notify me that the food... arrived he left it in the cold while it was snowing on the floor, I ordered a $50 order everything was wrong from the pizza tothe breadsticks I did not order breadsticks I ordered cheese sticks I have called them for the past hour nobody is answering Ihave been transferred back-and-forth to the call center and they told me they cannot do anything about it I?m pregnant and cannot eat what I received completely wasted my money and my time !! Thought I would give Pizza Hut a try since I have been reading of the companies financial struggles. I am sorry to say, the... pizza was delivered an hour and ten minutes late from the tracker estimate that Pizza Hut provided. Food was cold, soggy fromsitting in the box, toppings must have been prepared with a weed whacker as they were cut in large chunks. Again they made my order incorrectly! I ordered the creamy garlic pizza sauce as the base and they made both with marinara. The... order was very late it estimated 30min when I placed it and did not arrive until 50min. Read more
Ordered online through the app last night at 6:30. Said that my order would be ready by 8:30 which for me is a little long. But... it's okay, they don't close until 9:00. Never received my order. It didn't say making order until about 8:30. If I could I wouldgive this a zero because that's unacceptable. Ordered pizza and wings on December 31, 2021. Waited over 3 hours and no food. Money was immediately taken out of my debit... card. Food was never delivered. Pizza Hut was unable to remedy or explain the situation. It has been a few short days of a monthand nothing at all from them. Over the last three weeks I have spoken with several barely speaking and understanding Englishcustomer service representatives who can barely write my name while profusely saying they will take care of my problem but havenot. Pizza was delivered in a decent amount of time and the delivery driver was nice and polite. Perhaps he knew they overcooked my... pizza. And I?m no genius, but these certainly don?t look like the squares I asked for the pizza to be cut in. Not happy aboutthis. Experience #2 To make me want to recommend I would need better service than what I experienced. Initial employee I spokewith when I called was friendly. However, when I needed to call back I was placed on hold for long periods of time before thephone would hang up. An order for two medium pizzas took 2 hours and 10 minutes for me to receive when the quoted time was 40-50minutes. Lastly, when my food did arrive, I requested party cut and the it was confirmed on the phone, pizza was NOT party cutand it was cold. I was highly disappointed with the service and products. I used to work here and they had ripped me off a whole 600 dollar check poor management and very inefficient delivery times... which makes sense bc they have mostly teenagers in there who have never worked a pizza place before. Also be aware that themanagers there treat their employees badly 2 if my coworkers and I hadn?t got paid and worked there for over a month so yeahdefinitely wouldn?t recommend this store Read more
