Over the years this Popeyes location has gradually declined. They never have one or two sides or run out of chicken. Which... doesn?t even make sense because it?s a chicken spot. Not to mention today I spent $15 on a meal and my coke was flat with no ice(never said no ice) and my mac n cheese was dried out and disgusting. Waste of money and time. These young workers at thislocation or management or BOTH don?t take restaurant quality serious. Close this location down or get new management. Read more
THEY LOST MY CREDIT CARD. First of all, I waited long enough in silence at the drive through that I thought they were closed.... Pulled forward to see there was a car waiting for food. Then once I pay and am waiting for my food the girl asks me if they gaveme my card back. They never did find it. Then I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. I would have changed my orderedto something else if I knew that one of the items had a wait time. But again, they lost my credit card. Read more

The food is good but it took 30 minutes for me to buy a two piece combo. There were only about 4 people ahead of me in line.... Granted there was a long line at the drive thru. There were plenty of workers but they were just overwhelmed and couldn?t getahead. Read more

Terrible sums my experience up from yesterday. Ordered 2 combo meals at 5:30pm and didn't end up getting my food until 6:15pm. ... Yes, 45 minutes for 5 pieces of chicken, 2 sides, and 2 biscuits. The wait wasn't because of lack of staff. There were atleast 7-8 people working. I blame the manager. She didn't have much of a voice and was very nonchalant about the extremelyslow service.
