The parking lot sign was advertising 5 pieces for $6.99, so when I placed my order I told the girl that I wanted the 5 piece for... $6.99 spicy. When I got to where I was going and sat down with my order I found that my chicken wasn't spicy so I checked myreceipt to see if she put it in incorrectly. What a shock. She put it in correct, but gave me regular. But that wasn't all. Shecharged me $11.99 for what was advertised at 6.99. Not a good way to conduct business there Popeyes. Especially now with theeconomy faltering and restaurants struggling. You better get your head in the game before r you.lose customers. Read more

Ordered spicy chicken tenders, no fries but red beans and rice. Got down the road and the chicken was regular not spicy. Only... got one dipping sauce and the chicken was overcooked. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the red beans and rice was excellent. Idon't think I would eat at this location again. Read more

The chicken taste old and the red beans and rice" the rice was chewy and hardly no beans. I am so sick of paying for food that... taste like it was made yesterday or slopped together. I won't be going back there so that is all I can do just keep practicingat home. Read more

If i could give a 0 star i would. As a customer experience manager from the time I walked into that establishment I was just... unsatisfied. I walked in the door and i witnessed the cashier exchanging words with a customer in a very disrespectful manner.Then I walked to the counter and was not greeted by the cashier I guess because of the previous exchange of words with thecustomer before me. I continued to place my order and the cashier and a team member started exchanging words that as if theywere not at work. After placing my order I then realized that the associate preparing the chicken was using his hands. I askedthe cashier can I have a fresh biscuit since I saw a fresh batch had just came out and she looked and turned her head. The nextcustomer asked for a item that was not available and the cashier and another team member went back and forth having words justbeing very unprofessional. I then received my order was not thanked. When I tried my chicken which was supposed to be a freshbatch since when I walked in they didn't have any ready it tasted uncooked. Always good service and great food. You can't go wrong with this place most days, but people need to keep in mind it is ran by... humans. So some days might not be so great and everyone has there bad days. Fried chicken is my number 1 choice though andPopeyes is my go to. Read more

4/7/21 2:28pm store 11491 I went to order 3 wings and apple turnover but I received 3legs instead then they forgot my apple... turnover had to go back for that. I spoke with the manager and discussed what I received and she said it was the same price. I'mvery disappointed in popeyes I go there all the time and to get such rudeness and poor service.
