Great chicken! Red beans and rice tasted pleasant but disappointing. Needed more red beans! Could use more side dishes. Wish... there was spinach cooked with a bit of bacon, corn bread, hush puppies, black eye peas. Super friendly staff. Next time we'rein Indianapolis we will come back. Read more
I ordered here 2 times and both times I was impressed with the quickness, freshness and deliciousness that was my food! There inside is closed I had two elderly with me they made us get out Popeyes and walk back to the car. If their inside is... closed why are their doors open. I guess they have a no immigrant policy. COVID doesn?t have anything to do with it since noneof the workers had mask on. Popeyes is one of my favorite places for fried chicken. I don?t recommend this Popeyes they don?tserve the elderly. They don?t even have a sign saying their inside is closed. They should update every post and state drive thruonly. Read more
Employee at the window was rude, and quick to get snappy when she couldn't hear me through the microphone. Also, apparently they... do things differently at this Popeyes. We went got a family meal as a special treat.. For our two large sides we got mashed potatoes and gravy. The picture below shows... the portions they gave us for our 2 large sides. The portions put together wouldn?t even equal one large side of mashedpotatoes. To top it off they gave 6 wings in our ten piece chicken. I will never go to this location again. They owe me arefund! The food was mediocre warm, tasty and done. I expected a lot more coming from Popeyes. I left disappointed and rather disgusted.... The bathrooms were a complete disaster. Filthy, dirty and even if you wash your hands you would still come out dirty. This storeneeds Jesus. Read more
Will not go back 2 this location. Not friendly, did not try real hard 2 get my gift card 2 work, I had 2 get out of line 2 call... the card company, only 4 them 2 tell me it had the 25.00 bal on it that I told the mgr. I just took it off the pre packagedcardboard. Not Mgr. material at all. Get a job that u don't have 2 work with the public! Read more
