Eager personal service. Time to prepare food could have been faster, but still quick (5 to 10 mins?) Ordered $3.50 papusa with... cheese and loroco (loroco = "vine with edible flowers, widespread in El Salvador, Guatemala, and other countries in CentralAmerica." - Wikipedia). Maize-based papusa was like a quesadilla, to my definitional understanding; loroco came in a separateplastic baggie, comparable to cole slaw in preparation, with others seeming to find taste interesting and enjoyable. Hot saucealso came with takeout, plus plastic fork and knife. Some customers around the same time, but lots of spare seating capacityleft, w/ television set to muted Spanish channel. IMO: cheap, tasty, interesting, pleasant experience Read more

Very wonderful surprise restaurant for us! Our headlight went out and we had to stop and figured we would have dinner at the... same time. I was probably the only non Spanish speaker in the restaurant which meant we were in for some great food! Thepeople working in the restaurant were really helpful and kind. We started with the plantains which were really good! Who knewwe could get a dish like this in Indy! My husband and I had never had pupuserias before. I suggest 1-2 for a lighter toaverage meal and 3 if you are a bigger eater. We tried the cheese, the cheese and pork, the steak and cheese. All were reallygood! Read more
