I ordered online and I did not receive any extra lettuce, did not have any cheese it was supposed to tortilla strips but just... looked like broken chips.i just tried to send a message on talk to us a page appeared saying it was to large to send. Decent food, but extremely slow service. Ordered a family takeout meal that was supposed to be ready 45 minutes later. Arrived... at pickup time to find they had not even started the meal. I waited 30 minutes after arrival for the food. The food was fineand the women that helped me was nice, but the time for the food to be ready was disappointing. Read more
No greeting upon entering nor when we got to the counter. 1 employee in lobby with her family/ friends, still no... acknowledgement. 3 additional females at the counter just staring at us as if they had no voice. 1 says to the other that therewas no more chicken, so she goes to check. I ask if there was any more fajita veggies. She took a container of raw veggies fromfridge and gave them to the cook. Came back to us and stated that before we placed our order, there is no chicken (no mention ofthe veggies). I greeted her with a hello. Still nothing. At that point we left without ordering. I ordered food to be delivered via the app and my order was canceled so I contacted the store and was told that the Doordash... driver had canceled my order by the manager and reach out to Doordash. After 15 minutes with Doordash, which actually the bestcustomer experience I've had and calmed me down enough to not call back up to the store and speak my mind for lying, they couldsee these lazy bums had canceled the order. Wish I could zero stars this is by far the worst qdoba in the city. I went there at lunch and they didn't have guacamole. How... does a Mexican grill not have guacamole prepared and ready for a lunch crowd. The drink machine was down so instead of theperson preparing the food letting you know ahead of ordering they just let you get to the cashier to tell you. Then they offereda bottled drink for 3 dollars and some change and to top that off the drink was warm. Will never return to this location again.Corporate needs to either shut this location down or fire the manager. I will never visit this store again. Read more
This used to be my favourite location but now I think I need to find another location or quick burrito place. There must be new... management. When they said they switched their food vendor a couple months ago and from that point until now the volume oftoppings you get in burritos are less. It went from struggling to wrap the burrito to today where over half of my burrito wasmissing. I had so much tortilla that was folded and wrapped that I barely had anything. I don't even think the spoon for mustwas even half full with amount i could find. Then to top it off there were missing ingredients with less of others. Read more
OUTSTANDING Food & Customer Service!!! We ordered a chicken burrito, chicken bowl & chips and it was amazing! Very flavorful of... course but the staff and their customer service is what put the icing on the cake! They were very friendly and they weregenerous with the chicken! Great job Qdoba!!! Since when do you guys not give out sides for purchase in person? And if that isn?t the case, why did you shift manager just... look like I was crazy when I asked for them?
