As a former Qdoba employee, this visit was disappointing. They gave me steak that was obviously on the line for way too long -... meaning it was overcooked and practically liquefied, so the small spoonful I received was half nasty liquid. They were preppingtomatoes up front for some reason, so there was a constant and very loud banging as she slammed the tomatoes through the dicer.This didn't help since the line worker was rushing me ahead, barely giving me any time to ask for anything. I try to come atthese reviews from a place of understanding, and everything else was fine, but this location needs to do better, lunch rush ornot. Read more

Poor customer service via the online website delivery. They don?t tell you that it?s actually door dash that picks up order. I... had a issue with order that an item wasn?t delivered. When I called the store Dillion ?manager in training? informed that I hadto call customer service to resolve issue. When I asked for a a replacement delivery I was then told I had to call DoorDash buti didn?t order via DoorDash. He proceeded to hang up on me when I explained to him that I ordered thru their site and theyneeded to resolve the issue. When I called back again Brendan who is apparently the manager decided to try and give me the runaround about oh I spoke with you, but when I asked a spicific question about my order he proceeds to speak to Dillion.
