The food was amazing and the service was delightful. I wanted to try something new and I was led to a very delicious vegetable... fritter dish(Sorry I can't remember the name of the dish). So many vegetarian options. It made my life so easy. In mostrestaurants I have to order a regular meal minus the meat but not here. Their vegetarian menu is probably the biggest section ofthe menu. Food was delicious, big portions and easy to share. I recommend the fried cauliflower appetizers and the chicken chilli entrée.

First time i went there was last night, and it was AMAZING! The food, the experience, and location is prime. Me and my sister... got samosas that were perfect sized and absolutely delicious, it came with 3 sauces and all of them were great! We got thechicken tikki masala and one of the vegetarian dish that we described to them and they got it perfect (don?t remember the name).The portion size may seem small but it?s actually exactly perfect portions. The garlic naan was great too! Vivek took care of usand made the experience memorable. We were fasting for Ramadan and he waited till we could break it to bring the food out, heknew exactly what dishes we wanted by description, and he was friendly with great conversation from the moment we sat till weleft. Sometimes i don?t like eating in broad ripple because parking can be hard to find, shalimar is in a plaza with a lot ofparking which is also a benefit. 10/10 i would highly recommend!!! Read more
