Nice, well kept location with fast service. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I don't often review big chains like this because the whole point is they are supposed to be the same. But wow. I was having... the WORST morning and this location was the only reason I could get on with my life today.... The person taking my order in thedrive-thru was patient & professional. But the person at the window was literally the nicest human I've ever met. I asked aboutthe egg bites because I ordered them but never tried them. And they were very kind in explaining them to me. When I tipped (asall of us should be doing), they lit up with this gorgeous smile. After thanking me, I thanked them because all I had to do wassit around waiting for my coffee. All of them were the ones who had to work hard! The laugh this person has was almost asamazing as their smile. When I'm in the area, I will only be going to this location. Xavier is the best! His hospitality and customer services was impeccable. Definitely satisfied and love this Starbucks.
Would be a higher star rating if the employees or manager knew how to treat their workers. I dont know if she was a regular... employee or a manager, but one of the baristas i believe with a name tag of "liz" was extremely rude to another employee. Icould not believe I was seeing someone openly yell at another employee like that in front of customers. I always get a frap atthis location weekly and have never seen such terrible treatment. I dont know if ill be returning to this location afterwitnessing that. Absolutely uncalled for, I thought starbucks was all about treating their employees good? Read more
This is MY Starbucks. Everyone knows what I'm taking about when I say it. These baristas are incredible. They are caring,... helpful, funny, and are always willing to give recommendations when needed. I've gone there and gotten "pup cups" on my catsbirthdays and they've written special notes on them. They've even covered one of my drinks on a really bad day a long time ago.I will tell everyone about this place when I get subpar service at other locations saying that "my Starbucks would never" or"they always get my drink right." They just know what they are doing and they make it nice to stop in. I love this location andI am glad it's nearby to me. Read more

I frequent Starbucks once or twice a month. So I'm accustomed to what they look like inside, and what service to expect. This... morning was Mother's day so maybe they were a little more busier than usual. But no one was smiling behind the counter so Iusually take that as it's not a great place to work. I got my latte pretty quick, but then waited over five minutes for myMom's iced tea, with no explanation. No one said "Sorry, we're brewing some fresh tea right now so it'll be a few extraminutes". And the wasn't any "sorry for your wait" either. And the whole place was so messy! Papers, unfinished drinks, andused napkins on every table. And the sugar and cream station was really bad as you can see in the pic I took. The floor hadgarbage all over too. So maybe because it was extra busy that morning, but come on, this was terrible. Pretty fast service, Went through the drive-through October 14th 22 ordered a large dragon drink it's an amazing drink by the... way most of the time it was $6.16 and it was the all time worst drink ever I don't know why but they put like 4 pieces of littlebitty fruit in there 6 ice cubes and way too much coconut milk for the drink and it was just awful I didn't even drink it $6.16down the drain Oh don't take my word on it I'm gonna post pictures to prove it thanks Starbucks at South port road.
