I drive by this place, which is close to home, to get to the Starbucks I now use. I'll never go to this one again
Waited about 20 mins then told they were out of my drink. No apology by barista or cashier. Got drink refunded. Waste of time,... could have told me they were out of matcha when I placed order. Yes my drink was refunded. No one really cared. Won?t be back. Rather make my drink at home. Read more
It?d be nice if they put in the app when you order that they closed their lobby, I paid $10 for my order and was 15 minutes late... to work because I had to wait in the endless drive through, this is the dumbest thing I?ve encountered since ordering here.Normally my experience is great but this is just ridiculous. Nice people, but really bad at their jobs. I live around the corner so I try to get something quick from them before work. No... exaggeration, every other order I place through the drive through is messed up. Drink orders made poorly or just wrong,regularly miscounting/shorting the change they give back, long lines from improper management. The most recent time, they gaveme 2 of the exact same drinks after taking my money, I told them I only wanted one in the first place and they said keep theother one. I told them, ? I only wanted one, can I have my change back?? They said they couldn?t refund me even though I paidcash, and then they tried to take the extra drink back anyways before I stopped them. If they aren?t refunding me then don?ttake one of the 2 drinks back and still charge me for both. My suggestion go to another location if you can. Read more
Picking up mobile order and waiting at counter. Waited 5 minutes. No greeting. Food and drink were left on a table in the dining... area. Other Starbucks I have visited keep your food and drink behind the counter for safety reasons and when you arrive theygreet you and ask if you?re picking up a mobile order; unfortunately the experience here is not like other Starbucks.
