I come here frequently, unfortunately every time I order an iced drink with light ice it seems like they put extra in it. The... picture is how much ice is left AFTER I finished my drink. Drive through young man, Chad maybe, was Phenomenal. Service here is always great. However, Line was very long, several parking... spaces not in use due to drive-thru line. Customers parking on street to avoid parking lot. Fix the parking and drive-thrulogistics and it would be 5 star. Read more
Idk if they are just being petty but Starbucks cost to much for half drinks. I?m extremely disappointed after spending 5 dollars... on a drink and getting this. I did a mobile order and it looked like some drunk out of it. contact customer service andreceived a full refund. Which is really nice. Just will skip this location moving forward. Read more
Customer service was good. They were busy but the drive thru line moved pretty quickly. My drink was made exactly how I like it.... Not from the area but would definitely return, if in the area again and needed coffee or a quick snack. Read more
I went today after picking up my dog from Indy vet. I order my drink off of the mobile order. I ordered a ice brown sugar... oatmilk shaken espresso. Size Grande. I add vanilla and also asked for light ice. I got there well before the drink was made. Iwatch the guy who made my drink pour part of my drink out. I could i only assume it was get rid of some of the ice. He placed itdown called my name. I picked it up.. it was all ice. I walked out because I live in Terre haute and had to work in an hour.Honestly my worst Starbucks experience ever. Very friendly, a great place to hang out , free Wi-Fi to do your homework or to just do your daily things on your computer!!... Starbucks on East Washington is very clean, I go in at least every day, if not every other day, and I am always greeted with asmile and with respect!! The specialty coffees are a little pricey, but well worth every penny!! So if you want a fast coffeewith a friendly face this Starbucks is where to go!! I stopped for a pick me up this morning- The line was decently sized but gratefully they were quick and easy, took me 5 minutes.... I ordered a tall cup of success and boy of boy the first sip is like a wake up call. It taste amazing. Don't know who made itbut I will be back for some more delishousness. Read more
