Haven?t had Starbucks in months. Go this morning before work to pick up a mobile order. I walk up to the door to see 15 ppl... waiting outside all being told we have to get in the drive thru. There are already 20 cars in the drive thru. I see my drink 10steps from me on the counter but was not allowed to go in and get it. I?m not sure how this is acceptable. Solution: set up astand by the door and hand out the mobile orders. It?s so simple. Read more

I ordered my coffee on the mobile app for inside pick up. When I got there the inside was closed and drive thru was so long I... couldn?t wait bc of work. Very disappointed. Waste of my time. Read more

They have great coffees but the service there sucks. Just about everytime I go threw drive thur rude. Then pulled in one day 1... min after they closed and the dude took car in front of me and said I'm sorry we're closed and I had been waiting for some timebut I keep going back. Read more

Definitely NOT going to this location again! I had ordered two of the same drinks. Drove off to notice that one of the drinks... was made incorrectly. Mistakes happen, wasn?t upset by any means. But I had called and they had informed me on the phone that Icould either get a refund or just come back to get a remake of the drink that was made incorrectly, which was completely finewith me! I was very close by, drove back with the intent on just getting a remake of the drink. This was the same location I gotthe drinks from, went in the drive-thru - expressed the situation on what I was offered on the phone and said I do not need arefund and respectfully asked of them to please remake the drink that was made incorrectly. They responded by arguing with mewhile mentioning to me that I had never called and due to this - they would NOT remake the drink. I even offered to provide thecard I had used to purchase the drinks, so I could PROVE I had in fact paid right? They said no. They did not care to listenand all awhile accusing me of taking advantage of them and deliberately lying or even possibly that I had picked up the drinksfrom a different Starbucks. Not okay. Wasted gas and time. And on top of that? Felt very disrespected that they had accused meof deliberately lying to them and to get a free drink. Read more

Wish i could post a picture but yet again they filled my venti drink only 3/4 of the way full. Both drinks i got are about 4... inches from the top. Basically paid for a venti to get a grande. Manager please talk to your employees about this, this is areoccurring thing. I wasted my money and have to go work a 12 hours shift less caffienated than i hoped to be. Read more

First: Kelsey?s customer service is superb. Felt like she actually cared how my day was. She also asked if I wanted ICE in my... WATER ?? I usually like this Starbucks and they have great customer service, but I just went and this is the drink I received. I have... not taken a drink yet and this is how full it was filled up. Working at a food service job myself, this is not what a customeris paying for when they ask for a large drink.
