This locations seems to be pretty good getting orders correct never had an issue. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I have to say the kids in this store absolutely an amazing bunch of people. They are super friendly, they go out of their way to... accommodate everybody, and they remember you. The store manager here is awesome. I've had several conversations with her and sheis simply amazing. She treats these kids as if they were her own and she definitely has Superior customer service skills. Theyhave very rarely ever screwed up my order and on the extremely rare occasion that's happened they have immediately corrected itwith no problems no frowns no grumbles with a smile on their face and friendly as can be. I told every single morning and I sitand do some work for about 30 minutes to an hour and I've watched the interactions between the baristas and the customers and itis wonderful. My only complaint is that they are getting ready to remodel the store and they are removing all of the seating.That makes me sad because I really enjoy sitting in there every morning even if it's just for a little while but I understandthe business reasons for it. If you are going to frequent any Starbucks in this city, this is the one you need to go to. Read more

BEWAREO OF DRIVE-THRU. On Friday May 20 about 4:20 a Starbucks temporary sign fell onto my black 2016 mercedes GLC causing... damage. This happened when I was stationed at their ordering speaker. However the store we inexplicably closed at that time anddid not answer my phone call. I called corporate about the incident and have received no resolution eventhough I have providedpictures, statements and estimates. I have been rudely treated by a customer relations specialists named Jacques R. If you wasat this Starbucks on the day in question around 4 pm could you confirm that the store was closed or the there was a waist hightemporary sign standing at driving through? There were several cars behind me that may have seen the incident (I should havesolicited them at the time but wasn't thinking it would be this difficult). Starbucks will NOT confirm or deny any of theirvideo footage of the drive-thru for the time on incident. They just say they WON'T pursue compensation for any of my car'sdamage. Read more

Every time I?ve come to this location, I?ve had a great experience by the end. In the beginning if I were to have something... wrong with my drink they are prompt to correcting it and making things right.
