Went here a couple times. Watery Americano, too much milk in the lattes, and today I went by and no one was at the counter at... 7:30pm. Idk if their hours changed but we waited around for a bit and no one was there. Disappointing for a Starbucks. Read more

Service was very poor. This is insude of Kroger & the lady was rude. She took her time taking order. She finally took order &... took very long to make. Any other Starbucks would have had half dozen customers thru there. Only reason we waited was becauseothers were closed. Read more

The Starbucks located inside Kroger at 227 E Michigan street customer service is so poor I couldn?t get my order out. The... customer in front of me left before ordering because she was never acknowledged by either of the two women that were there at10:50am, the older woman was super rude as if she was agitated about something.
