This is the worst steak n shake I’ve ever been to! It took 25 minutes to get 2 burgers, 2 fries and a shake…. One of the... burgers was missing a huge chunk of it. I asked for a new one and they were extremely rude. It took 10 minutes to get a new onethat had a tiny drop of ketchup and unmelted cheese with a bite missing. The small and large fries were the same size. Thetables were dirty and the bathroom didn’t have soap. The manager was extremely rude and blamed me for his mismanageddisgusting restaurant. Read more
40+ min drive times? My things have changed in the way of time standards.. Had we not been trapped in the line with the delivery... truck ramps and the parking lot divider we simply would have left.. The mission and vision statement seem out the window. Ifully see there is an employee shortage, that isn't their fault they seem exhausted and burnt out but close the drive through ifyou have 4 employees total. Read more

The best part about this place was the man taking the order at the drive through the day we went. The food was just okay and... they didn't bother to fill the shake all the way to the top like the other Steak & Shakes we've been too. Read more
I hate to say it,but I gave in after the last bad experience, and went in to the dining room, had to order from a kiosk that... needed to be wiped off badly, anyway, no waitresses, no table service, order called by number and you have to pick it up at thecounter, I ordered the chilli 5way with no onions and they gave it to me in a cup with a lid, no plates or bowls ...totallyunacceptable and. No refund...no offer of an apology or explanation for anything...simply not the same,...no more for me... Read more
Don't go here if you want to eat the same day you order. The couple of times I've gotten food here it took entirely too long.... Like 30 minutes to get 2 meals. Meanwhile there were at least 2 employees just standing around inside. Had I not already paid Iwould have just left. Waiting for half an hour with a screaming baby in the car is miserable. Once I got home and saw the foodit was even more ridiculous. Hubby's sandwich was smashed at the bottom of the bag, the chicken tenders are tiny, the fries aresoggy. Will never be eating here again. I should have read reviews before stopping here. No one to seat me, no one to take my order, but there was someone who brought... it to my table. All orders have to be done thru a kiosk. Burger was good, but fries were lukewarm and was given only one packetof ketchup since there were no condiments on the table. No wonder I was the only one there. Read more
