Very disappointed with this location. No drive thru service, kiosks to order from and waited 30 mins for shakes. People yelling... at each other in the back and also yelling from the back that "shakes will take 30-45 mins". One lady requested her money backafter seeing an employee making food without gloves on and wiping her hands on her jeans between sandwiches. Maybe I'm oldfashioned but they have really gone down! On this particular day the place wasn't Steak and Shake it was only Steak... The lady at the drive thru said she was on crutches... and "she ain't trying to run back and forth making milkshakes.. " although there was plenty of other employees inside that day.Very disappointing and will probably avoid that location and its right outside my own neighborhood.. UPDATE!! Burger was good but had a tomato that still had a piece of core in it. Plus the onion rings were all broken. Service was... incredibly slow. I understand they were busy and apparently short staffed, but we were on a road trip and were hoping for aquicker stop. Read more
